✨ We wrapped up our “Emotionally Intelligent Women (EQ–EI)” Masterclass — and what a powerful session it was!

Together with an incredible group of women, we explored what it truly means to understand and manage our emotions in a fast-paced world. From practical EQ tools to honest conversations about inner tension, boundaries, and decision-making — this session was filled with insight, reflection, and growth.

💬 We talked about:
• Turning self-awareness into strength
• Managing stress without losing ourselves
• Saying “no” with clarity and without guilt
• Making decisions with more confidence and calm
