Intellectual property rights in the Creative
Industries
✅ On February 15, the "Creative Armenia" foundation organized a webinar on Intellectual Property Rights in Creative Industries with the goal of improving creators' business skills and providing an understanding of what their rights are and how they can be used. It was intended for all creators who were not familiar with intellectual property law and their rights.
During the webinar the intellectual property rights lawyer Sarkis Knyazyan spoke about copyright, related rights, patents, trademarks and other topics.
The webinar co-hosted in partnership with Katapult Creative Accelerator Program (AGBU).

Փետրվարի 15-ին «Արվեստների նորարար հիմնադրամ»-ի (Creative Armenia) կողմից կազմակերպված վեբինարի ընթացքում ոլորտի իրավաբան Սարգիս ԿՆՅԱԶՅԱՆԸ խոսեց
▪︎հեղինակային իրավունքի,
▪︎հարակից իրավունքների, ▪︎արտոնագրերի,
▪︎ապրանքային նշանների և այլ թեմաների շուրջ։
Հանդիպման նպատակն էր բարելավել ստեղծագործող համայնքի բիզնես հմտությունները, իրազեկել նրանց իրենց իրավունքների մասին, ինչպես նաև ծանոթացնել մտավոր սեփականության ոլորտի օրենսդրությանը #Հայաստանում և այլն։
Վեբինարը կազմակերպվել էր Հայկական Բարեգործական Ընդհանուր Միության
(ՀԲԸՄ) կողմից իրականացվող
«Կատապուլտ ստեղծարար աքսելերացիոն» ծրագրի հետ համատեղ։
