🩵 On July 17th the Armenian HR Association and the HR Professionals Association Georgia (HRPA Georgia) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen international cooperation, foster regional partnership, and contribute to the continued advancement of the HR profession.

The key areas of cooperation include:
✨ organize joint conferences, forums, and webinars;
📚 deliver learning and professional development initiatives;
🌍 exchange expertise and international HR best practices;
🎤 connect speakers, trainers, and industry experts;
🤝 expand networking opportunities for our members and partners;
🚀 develop joint international initiatives and collaborative projects.

As Full Members of the European Association for People Management (EAPM), both Associations are confident that this partnership will promote knowledge sharing, create new international opportunities, and contribute to the continued development of the HR community across the region.

🩵 Հուլիսի 17-ին Հայաստանի ՄՌ Ասոցիացիան և Վրաստանի HR Professionals Association (HRPA Georgia)-ն ստորագրել են Համագործակցության հուշագիր՝ նպատակ ունենալով ամրապնդել միջազգային համագործակցությունը, զարգացնել տարածաշրջանային գործընկերությունը և նպաստել մարդկային ռեսուրսների մասնագիտության շարունակական զարգացմանը։

Համագործակցության շրջանակում նախատեսվում է՝
✨ համատեղ համաժողովներ, ֆորումներ և վեբինարներ,
📚 կրթական և մասնագիտական զարգացման ծրագրեր,
🌍 միջազգային փորձի և լավագույն պրակտիկաների փոխանակում,
🎤 խոսնակների և ոլորտի փորձագետների ներգրավում,
🤝 անդամների և գործընկերների միջև նոր համագործակցությունների ձևավորում,

Լինելով European Association for People Management (EAPM)-ի լիիրավ անդամներ՝ երկու ասոցիացիաներն էլ համոզված են, որ այս համագործակցությունը կնպաստի գիտելիքների փոխանակմանը, նոր միջազգային հնարավորությունների ստեղծմանը և տարածաշրջանում ՄՌ համայնքի հետագա զարգացմանը։
