Through the Technological Education Foundation, Noel Shahnazarian established a scholarship to honor the memory of his close friend David Zargarian.

On September 17, the Technological Education Foundation signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Cisco Systems, alongside the Tumo Center for Creative Technologies, in the presence of RA Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan.

This collaboration marks a significant step toward strengthening technological education in Armenia, with a focus on equipping young professionals with practical skills in computer networking. The agreement is based on Cisco’s globally recognized Networking Academy program, which provides training in the design, implementation, and maintenance of computer networks.

By integrating this initiative into Armenia’s educational ecosystem, the Foundation aims to contribute to the development of digital competencies among youth and support the country’s broader digital transformation efforts. This partnership aligns with the Foundation’s mission to foster innovation and build capacity in the tech sector through strategic educational programs.
