Within the framework of the INTOFF Armenia educational and cultural program in Germany, a professional meeting and exchange will take place with experts from RAA Berlin — one of the key organizations operating at the intersection of education, integration, and the development of democratic culture.
The format of the meeting goes beyond a standard visit and is designed as a substantive professional dialogue.
The discussion will focus on:
— models of integration within the educational environment, including work in contexts of cultural and migration diversity
— development of intercultural communication and the formation of a tolerant educational space
— prevention of discrimination, radicalization, and social conflicts in schools and youth environments
— the role of non-formal education and project-based work in integration processes
— cooperation between educational institutions, municipal structures, and civil society organizations
— practical methods and case-based approaches in working with vulnerable groups of children and youth
Special attention will be given to comparing the German and Armenian contexts, as well as exploring possibilities for adapting specific approaches and methodologies.
Such meetings foster not only knowledge, but also a professional mindset grounded in comparison, analysis, and meaningful interaction.

INTOFF Armenia-ի կրթամշակութային ծրագրի շրջանակում Գերմանիայում նախատեսվում է մասնագիտական հանդիպում և փորձի փոխանակում RAA Berlin կազմակերպության փորձագետների հետ՝ կրթության, ինտեգրման և ժողովրդավարական մշակույթի զարգացման ոլորտում գործող կարևոր կառույցներից մեկի հետ։
Հանդիպման ձևաչափը սովորական այց չէ, այլ բովանդակային մասնագիտական երկխոսություն։
Քննարկման առանցքում՝
— ինտեգրման մոդելներ կրթական միջավայրում՝ աշխատանք մշակութային և միգրացիոն բազմազանության պայմաններում
— միջմշակութային հաղորդակցության զարգացում և հանդուրժողական կրթական միջավայրի ձևավորում
— խտրականության, ռադիկալացման և սոցիալական հակամարտությունների կանխարգելում դպրոցներում և երիտասարդական միջավայրում
— ոչ ֆորմալ կրթության և նախագծային աշխատանքի դերը ինտեգրման գործընթացներում
— կրթական հաստատությունների, տեղական կառավարման մարմինների և հասարակական կազմակերպությունների համագործակցություն
— խոցելի խմբերի երեխաների և երիտասարդների հետ աշխատանքի գործնական մեթոդներ և դեպքերի վերլուծություն
Առանձնահատուկ ուշադրություն կդարձվի գերմանական և հայկական համատեքստերի համադրմանը, ինչպես նաև առանձին մեթոդների և մոտեցումների տեղայնացման հնարավորություններին։
Այսպիսի հանդիպումները ձևավորում են ոչ միայն գիտելիք, այլ նաև մասնագիտական մտածողություն՝ հիմնված համեմատության, վերլուծության և կենդանի փոխազդեցության վրա։
