3 Pietra is opening recruitment for long-term ESC volunteers for the 2026–2027 cycle!
📍 Where?
Łódź, Poland – a vibrant, creative European city full of culture, art and student life.
📅 When? Start September 2026
Duration: 10–12 months (long-term only)
🎯 Who?
Creative, enthusiastic, open-minded young people (18–30 years old) ready to grow and co-create.
💛 About the project
3 Piętra Educational Center is run by two experienced foundations with nearly 20 years of experience in coordinating and hosting international volunteers.
Our hosting organisations are:
- 4 kindergartens
- 2 forest schools
- 6 libraries
- 1 museum
- our educational center
Our volunteers become part of our communicty— not just assisting, but actively creating workshops, activities and intercultural experiences.
✨ What will you do?
As an ESC volunteer, you will:
🎨 Organize creative workshops and activities
📚 Support educational initiatives in HO
🌍 Share your culture, language and ideas
🎭 Create games, events and mini-projects
🤝 Work closely with teachers and other volunteers
No teaching degree required.
Motivation, creativity and willingness to engage matter most.

Meet Mariam 👋

Mariam spent 10 months in Poland 🇵🇱 as an ESC volunteer, learning, experimenting, and adapting to a new environment.

Her main place was , where she talked about Armenian culture, hosted English conversation clubs, helped with organizational tasks, and worked on social media content 📱.

During the project, she also took part in workshops and events in different spaces, joined the organizing team of an Erasmus+ short-term project, and co-created challenge cards together with to support volunteers and people living in new cultures (because moving abroad always comes with challenges).

Now that the project is over, Mariam is continuing her journey with ✨

Meet Astghik she was ESC volunteer 2024-2025✨

For 10 months, Astghik volunteered in Poland with Foundation, supported by 🇵🇱

Her main workplace was a library in Gdańsk, where she organized creative and educational workshops for different age groups🧶♟️

In addition, she represented Armenia 🇦🇲 by organizing cultural events in libraries and other organizations, promoting intercultural dialogue and community engagement
