. Սավոյան տոհմը սպառել է Իտալիայի միապետությունը 1946‑ին
Սավոյանները (House of Savoy) երկար ժամանակ որպես ռեգենտ պահել են մի շարք պատմական տիտղոսներ, այդ թվում՝ «King of Armenia» («Հայոց թագավոր») տեսական վերնագիրը ամուսնական ժառանգության պատճառով՝ 15‑րդ դարից սկսած: �
✔ Իտալական թագավորությունը, որում Սավոյանները պաշտոնապես նստած էին որպես թագավորներ, վերջացել է 1946 թվականին, երբ հանրապետությունը հիմնվեց:

✔ After that, they no longer held political power, but in some historiographical and titular traditions, they retained certain historical honors in their nominal titles, sometimes including “King of Cyprus, Jerusalem, and Armenia.”
