Թումոն յուրատեսակ կրթական փորձառություն է, որում 12-18 տարեկան պատանիներն իրենք են գծում իրենց կրթական ուղին` անցնելով ինքնուսուցման, դասընթացների և աշխատարանների փուլերով: Պատանիները հմտանում են անիմացիայի, ծրագրավորման, գրաֆիկական դիզայնի, ռոբոտաշինության և 10 այլ կրթական ոլորտներում: Կենտրոնը հիմնադրվել է 2011 թվականին` Սիմոնյան կրթական հիմնադրամի նախաձեռնությամբ:

The TUMO Center for Creative Technologies is a non-profit education program where tech and art merge to provide teens a competitive edge in a digital world. Through the TUMO program, teenagers between the ages of 12 and 18 gain cutting-edge skills in animation, programming, graphic design, robotics, and 10 other learning targets. The learning program consists of self-learning activities supported by coaches, hands-on workshops taught by the center's specialized staff, and project labs led by industry leaders from across the globe. Currently, there are four TUMO centers in Armenia, which educate more than 20,000 active students. Internationally, TUMO has centers in Paris, Beirut, Moscow, Berlin, Tirana, Kyiv, and Lyon. There are also fully-equipped mini TUMOs known as TUMO Boxes in the towns of Gavar, Berd, Kapan, Sevan, Vayk, and Martakert with more underway.
