Our visits under RISE: GOALS Girls in Motion continue 💛

This time, we had a long-awaited visit to Artik, where we met the Anushavan and Artik teams.

Here too, we talked about self-introduction and how to feel more confident in a new environment. 💙

Our visits under RISE: GOALS Girls in Motion continue 💛

This time we reached Lernahovit, where we met the girls from the Lernahovit, Medovka, and Tashir teams

The meeting took place in a very warm atmosphere. We talked about self-introductions again, and about how to feel more comfortable in a new environment and among new people. The girls shared about themselves and listened to one another. 💙

A big thank you to H. Hovnanian Family Foundation Armenia for creating these opportunities for the girls 💛

Այս անգամ հասանք Լեռնահովիտ, որտեղ հանդիպեցինք Լեռնահովիտի, Մեդովկայի և Տաշիրի թիմերի աղջիկների հետ

Հանդիպումն անցավ շատ ջերմ մթնոլորտում։ Նորից խոսեցինք ինքնաներկայացման մասին, և այն մասին, թե ինչպես զգալ ավելի հարմարավետ նոր միջավայրում ու նոր մարդկանց մեջ։ Աղջիկները պատմեցին իրենց մասին, լսեցին միմյանց:💙

September also started with meetings with our girls. 💛

As part of the RISE: GOALS Girls in Motion project, we returned to Metsamor and Aknalij.

This time, our topic was self-introduction. It may seem simple, but in reality, it is not always easy. We tried to create an environment where everyone could take their time and comfortably share a little about themselves.

RISE: GOALS Girls in Motion is implemented through the collaboration between GOALS and H. Hovnanian Family Foundation Armenia.

We are grateful for this meaningful partnership and for creating new opportunities for girls in communities across Armenia. 💛

Սեպտեմբերը ևս սկսվեց մեր աղջիկների հետ հանդիպումներով։ 💛

RISE: GOALS Girls in Motion ծրագրի շրջանակում վերադարձանք Մեծամոր և Ակնալիճ։
Այս անգամ թեման ինքնաներկայացումն էր․ թվում է՝ պարզ, բայց իրականում ամենևին էլ հեշտ չէ։ Փորձեցինք ստեղծել մի միջավայր, որտեղ յուրաքանչյուրը կարող է հանգիստ, իր տեմպով պատմել իր մասին։
RISE: GOALS Girls in Motion-ն իրականացվում է GOALS-ի և H. Hovnanian Family Foundation Armenia-ի համագործակցությամբ։
Շնորհակալ ենք այս կարևոր համագործակցության համար և Հայաստանի տարբեր համայնքների աղջիկների համար նոր հնարավորություններ ստեղծելու համար։ 💛

Չափահաս տարիքում առաջնորդական դիրք զբաղեցրած կանայք մանկության տարիներին սպորտով զբաղվել են միջինում 8 տարի՝ համեմատած այն կանանց հետ, որոնք հետագայում առաջնորդական դեր չեն ունեցել և սպորտով զբաղվել են միջինում 6 տարի։

⚽️ Հարմարավետությունը՝ առաջին տեղում

Դեռահաս տարիքում մարմինը արագ է փոփոխվում, և հենց այդ պատճառով սպորտային տոպի ընտրությունը հատուկ ուշադրություն է պահանջում։

Ինչու՞ է դա կարևոր.
Ճիշտ սպորտային տոպը նվազեցնում է անհարմարությունը շարժման ժամանակ և թույլ է տալիս աղջիկներին ամբողջությամբ կենտրոնանալ խաղի վրա։

Ինչի՞ վրա ուշադրություն դարձնել.

Ուսերը չեն սահում
Հարմար է հագնել/հանել
Հարմարավետ է, բայց ոչ սեղմող

Դեռահաս տարիքում մարմինը արագ է փոխվում, ուստի սպորտային տոպի չափսը պետք է պարբերաբար վերանայել։

Straps that don't slip
Easy to put on and take off
Comfortable, but not restrictive
