AmCham Armenia is delighted to welcome Eleveight AI as a Gold Member.

Eleveight AI is the first NVIDIA Blackwell-generation AI Factory in the South Caucasus, built in Gagarin, Armenia. Built for enterprises, research institutions, and governments and powered by 512 NVIDIA Blackwell B300 GPUs, the facility scales to 35MW, with zero-water cooling, and energy from solar assets. AI Factory is supported around the clock by engineers who work directly with every client from day zero. As a company rooted in Armenia, Eleveight AI dedicates 20% of its compute capacity to Armenian universities and research institutions under dedicated partnership terms, supporting the country's AI ecosystem.

Irina Dumanyan is the Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Digital Industries Software Armenia (Siemens EDA), a global leader in electronic design automation. With more than 20 years of experience at the company, she has played an active role in advancing technology and innovation, workforce and skills development, and initiatives that strengthen Armenia’s competitiveness as a destination for high-value investment.

🔵 On June 9, 2026, the AmCham EWFD Committee met at Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Yerevan to discuss key priorities and elect its new Chair.

We are pleased to congratulate Ms. Irina Dumanyan on her election as Chair of the Committee.

During the meeting, members agreed to continue the AI seminar series, with a stronger focus on advanced, business-oriented topics such as AI-driven productivity and automation tools, as well as legal and ethical considerations.

The committee reviewed ongoing efforts related to Labor Code updates and discussed ways to strengthen collaboration between businesses and higher education institutions to bridge the gap between academia and business by collaborating with higher education institutions to improve career centers, ensuring students are better prepared for the evolving needs of the business community.

🟢 On June 3, 2026, the AmCham Sustainable Development Committee convened an extended meeting with representatives of partner chambers, AmCham member companies, and UN to advance preparations for COP 17 and strengthen private sector engagement in biodiversity and sustainable development.

Participants reviewed the proposed Green Zone agenda of private sector, focusing on biodiversity mainstreaming, green finance and ESG, circular economy solutions, sustainable agriculture, innovation, technology, and multi-stakeholder partnerships. Discussions emphasized the role of the private sector in driving biodiversity-positive economic growth and creating a lasting legacy during Armenia’s COP 17 presidency period.

The meeting also explored opportunities to strengthen green finance partnerships, enhance biodiversity and agricultural data collection, and leverage Armenia’s IT and high-tech sectors for innovative environmental solutions. Participants discussed next steps for partnership development and implementation planning.

The Committee reaffirmed its commitment to working with government, international partners, and the business community to ensure that COP 17 serves as a catalyst for long-term sustainable development and biodiversity action in Armenia.
