🥳⚽ Շուտով Բերդ համայնքի Տավուշ գյուղի երիտասարդ աղջիկներն ու տղաները հնարավորություն կունենան մարզվելու, ֆուտբոլ խաղալու և սիրողական մրցաշարերի մասնակցելու։

Գաղափարը Վիկտոր Մարալյանինն է։ Նա ցանկանում է համայնքում ստեղծել մանկապատանեկան ֆուտբոլային թիմեր, որտեղ 6-15 տարեկան երեխաներն ու պատանիները ոչ միայն կսովորեն ու կխաղան ֆուտբոլ, այլև կունենան ակտիվ ու հետաքրքիր առօրյա, կշփվեն, կմրցեն այլ համայնքների թիմերի հետ և միասին կձևավորեն առողջ ապրելակերպի նոր մշակույթ։

Օգոստոսի 3-ին Դիլիջանում Երիտասարդական բանկը փոքր դրամաշնորհների հավաստագրեր հանձնեց երեք նախաձեռնությունների, որոնք առաջիկա ամիսներին իրականացվելու են Տավուշի մարզի տարբեր համայնքներում։

Երեք գաղափար, երեք տարբեր նախաձեռնություն, բայց մեկ ընդհանուր նպատակ՝ երիտասարդները սեփական գաղափարներով փոփոխություն են բերում իրենց համայնքներում։ Երբեմն փոքր դրամաշնորհները կարող են շատ ավելի մեծ ազդեցություն ունենալ՝ ստեղծել նոր հմտություններ, նոր կապեր, բացահայտել տաղանդներ և երբեմն նույնիսկ բացել տնտեսական նոր հնարավորություններ։

Դրամաշնորհների հավաստագրերը հանձնել ենք, հիմա միասին հետևելու ենք ամենահետաքրքիր՝ գաղափարների իրականացման փուլին։ Հաջողություն ենք մաղթում բոլորին։

Երիտասարդական բանկ ծրագիրն իրականացվում է Եվրասիա համագործակցություն հիմնադրամի կողմից Տավուշի, Գեղարքունիքի և Սյունիզի մարզերում Սթրիլինգ հիմնադրամի ֆինանսական աջակցությամբ։

Soon, young girls and boys in Tavush village of Berd community will have the opportunity to train, play football, and take part in amateur tournaments.

The idea belongs to Viktor Maralyan. He wants to establish youth football teams in the community, where children and teenagers aged 6–15 will not only learn and play football, but also have a more active and engaging daily life, connect with their peers, compete with teams from other communities, and together foster a culture of healthy and active living.

On August 3, the Youth Bank in Dilijan awarded small-grant certificates to three initiatives that will be implemented in different communities across Tavush region in the coming months.

Three ideas, three different initiatives, but one common goal: young people bringing change to their communities through their own ideas. Sometimes, small grants can have a much greater impact helping people develop new skills, build new connections, discover talents, and even open up new economic opportunities.

The grant certificates have been awarded, and now we will follow the most exciting part together watching these ideas come to life. We wish all the teams the very best of luck!

Մեկնարկել է «Կամրջելով պատմությունը. երիտասարդական երկխոսություն՝ մշակութային ժառանգության միջոցով» ծրագիրը

Եթե 18-30 տարեկան եք, հետաքրքրված եք մշակութային ժառանգությամբ, հետազոտական աշխատանքով և միջմշակութային երկխոսությամբ, ուրեմն, բաց մի թողեք այս հնարավորությունը։

«Կամրջելով պատմությունը. երիտասարդական երկխոսություն՝ մշակութային ժառանգության միջոցով» ծրագիրը բացառիկ հնարավորություն է ընձեռում Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի երիտասարդներին՝ ուսումնասիրելու ընդհանուր մշակութային ժառանգությունը Գյումրի և Կարս քաղաքներում։ Ծրագիրն իրականացնում են «Անադոլու Քուլթուր» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը (Թուրքիա) և Եվրասիա համագործակցություն հիմնադրամը (Հայաստան)։

Ծրագրի ընթացքում մասնակիցները կծանոթանան պատմամշակութային ժառանգության ուսումնասիրման և դրա հիման վրա պատմություններ ստեղծելու մեթոդներին, հայ-թուրքական խառը թիմերով դաշտային ուսումնասիրություններ կիրականացնեն Կարսում և Գյումրիում և կմշակեն երկու հարևան քաղաքների մշակութային ժառանգությանը նվիրված թվային բովանդակություն։

Սա հնարավորություն է ոչ միայն նոր գիտելիքներ և գործնական հմտություններ ձեռք բերելու, այլև միմյանց ճանաչելու, անցյալը նոր տեսանկյունից վերաիմաստավորելու և համատեղ աշխատանքի արդյունքում նոր արժեքներ ստեղծելու համար։

Հայտերի ընդունումը կսկսվի 2026 թվականի օգոստոսին։

The "Bridging Histories: Youth Dialogue through Cross-Border Heritage" project, implemented by Anadolu Kültür (AK) and Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF) with the support of the EU, has officially started!

The project brings together young people from Türkiye and Armenia around their shared cultural heritage, strengthens intercultural dialogue, and encourages participants to rediscover the shared heritage of Kars and Gyumri through collaborative research and learning.

Selected participants will take part in a programme including expert-led training sessions, field visits in Kars and Gyumri, collaborative research carried out in mixed teams, and the development of digital heritage content that may serve as a foundation for future digital heritage initiatives.

Throughout the project, participants will not only deepen their understanding of cultural heritage but also strengthen their research, collaboration, intercultural communication, and creative storytelling skills.

Հուլիսի 24-25-ը Եվրասիա համագործակցություն հիմնադրամը Վաղարշապատում կազմակերպեց հերթական երկօրյա Քննադատական մտածողության դպրոցը՝ «Հայաստանի մարզերի ներգրավումը ապատեղեկատվության դեմ պայքարում քննադատական մտածողության զարգացման միջոցով» ծրագրի շրջանակում։

Դպրոցին մասնակցեցին Արմավիրի մարզից ուսուցիչներ ուսանողներ, տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների և քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչներ։ Ինտերակտիվ քննարկումների միջոցով նրանք ծանոթացան քննադատական մտածողության և մեդիա գրագիտության սկզբունքներին։ Հետաքրքիր քննարկում տեղի ունեցավ ավտորիտար և ժողովրդավարական համակարգերում անհատի և իշխանության (իշխի) փոխհարաբերությունների, քաղաքացիական մասնակցության և անհատի պատասխանատվության շուրջ։ Բանախոսներն անդրադարձան նաև պրոյեկտային մտածողությանը՝ որպես խնդիրների վերհանման, իրատեսական նպատակների ձևակերպման և արդյունավետ լուծումների մշակման գործիքի։
Դասընթացի բանախոսներն էին ԵՀՀ տնօրեն, արձակագիր Գևորգ Տեր-Գաբրիելյանը, ԵՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների ծրագրերի տնօրեն Իզաբելլա Սարգսյանը և CivilNet-ի գլխավոր խմբագիր Կարեն Հարությունյանը։

On July 24–25, Eurasia Partnership Foundation organized another two-day Critical Thinking School in Vagharshapat as part of the “Combating Disinformation by Boosting Critical Thinking: Engaging Regions of Armenia” project.

The School brought together 23 participants, including teachers, students, local government and civil society representatives from the Armavir region. Through interactive sessions, participants applied various tools and methods to assess the credibility of information, verify facts, and identify manipulative content. They also engaged in an insightful discussion on the relationship between the individual and the state in authoritarian and democratic systems, civic participation, and individual responsibility. The speakers also introduced project-based thinking as a practical approach to identifying problems, defining realistic objectives, and developing effective solutions.

The sessions were facilitated by EPF CEO and writer Gevorg Ter-Gabrielyan, EPF Human Rights Program Director Isabella Sargsyan, and Karen Harutyunyan, Editor-in-Chief of CivilNet.

ՀՀ կառավարությունը նախաձեռնել է բջջային հեռախոսների միջազգային նույնականացուցիչների (IMEI) գրանցման համակարգի ստեղծումը։

Համակարգի ներդրման դեպքում Հայաստան ներմուծվող բոլոր բջջային հեռախոսները պետք է գրանցվեն այդ շտեմարանում՝ բջջային կապի ծառայություններից օգտվելու համար։

Համակարգը կապելու է բջջային հեռախոսների նույնականացուցիչները բջջային օպերատորների, մաքսային մարմինների և սահմանային կառավարման համակարգերի տվյալների հետ։

Թեև կառավարությունը նախագիծը ներկայացնում է որպես շուկայի կարգավորման և հանրային անվտանգության բարելավման միջոց, փորձագետները մտահոգություն ունեն, որ այն անձնական տվյալների մշակման չափազանց լայն համակարգ է առաջարկում՝ առանց բավարար իրավական երաշխիքներ նախատեսելու։

Նախագծի մասին ավելի մանրամասն ներկայացված է անգլերեն հոդվածում, որը հասանելի է ՔՀԿ Չափիչի կայքում (հոդվածի հղումը մեկնաբանություններում), որը պատրաստվել է ԵՀՀ ծրագրերի ղեկավար Տաթևիկ Փափազյանի կողմից։

Հարկային օրենսգրքում նախատեսվող փոփոխությունների համաձայն՝ ֆիզիկական անձինք կարող են նվիրատվություններով աջակցել իրենց նախընտրած ոչ առևտրային/հասարակական կազմակերպություններին և ԶԼՄ-ներին։ Առաջարկվում է, որ այս հատկացումները, առողջապահության և կրթության ոլորտների որոշ ծախսերի հետ, դիտարկվեն որպես սոցիալական ծախս և տարեկան հայտարարագիր ներկայացնելիս մասնակիորեն փոխհատուցվեն։

Այս նախաձեռնության և առաջարկվող փոխհատուցման մեխանիզմի շուրջ ՀԿ Կենտրոն ՀԿ-ի նախաձեռնությամբ քննարկում է տեղի ունեցել ԱԺ ֆինանսավարկային և բյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ծովինար Վարդանյանի հետ։ Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են քաղաքացիական հասարակության կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչները, ինչպես նաև ԵՀՀ ծրագրերի ղեկավար Տաթևիկ Փափազյանը։

In 2025, PEN Armenia, with the support of Eurasia Partnership Foundation, published an anthology of contemporary Armenian literature in Georgian, the first publication of its kind in decades, introducing the works of dozens of contemporary Armenian writers to Georgian readers.

The project set out to bring Armenian literature closer to one of our closest neighbors. Although Armenians and Georgians have lived side by side for centuries, we still know too little about each other’s contemporary literary voices.

Today, we are happy to share that the anthology, translated by Asya Darbinyan, is among the shortlisted titles for the SABA Literary Award in the Best Georgian Translation of a Foreign Work category, an exciting recognition of the project and the role literary translation plays in bringing cultures closer together.

This recognition belongs to everyone who contributed to the project, our partner PEN Armenia, translator .darbinyan , and all the writers whose works now have the opportunity to reach new readers in Georgia.

Դպրոցին մասնակցեցին լրագրողներ, ուսուցիչներ, ուսանողներ և քաղաքացիական հասարակության կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ Շիրակի մարզից։ Ինտերակտիվ քննարկումների ընթացքում մասնակիցները ծանոթացան քննադատական մտածողության սկզբունքներին։ Իրական օրինակների վերլուծության միջոցով նրանք կիրառեցին տեղեկատվության արժանահավատությունը գնահատելու, փաստերը ստուգելու և մանիպուլյատիվ բովանդակությունը բացահայտելու տարբեր գործիքներ ու մեթոդներ։
