They are responsible for managing grants awarded by NGOC as
well as for monitoring and evaluation of project implementation. Monitoring and evaluation unit: NGOC Coordinator, managers of different projects implemented by NGOC as well as M&E specialist, who is monitoring and evaluating projects implemented by NGOC, are involved in this unit. Project Management unit: Project staff and NGOC accountant are involved in this unit. Financial/Administrative unit: NGOC Coordinator, financial manager, treasurer/cashier are involved in this unit.
