🎉Ամփոփեցինք «Կանայք և երիտասարդները ՀՀ 2026 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում մոնիտորինգ» զեկույցի ներկայացում-քննարկումների շարքը:
📅Սեպտեմբերի 16-ին՝ Դիլիջան, սեպտեմբերի 17-ին՝ Գավառ, Մարտունի, սեպտեմբերի 22-ին՝ Եղեգնաձոր և Վայք համայնքներում կայացած հանդիպումներով եզրափակեցինք մեր համայնքային այցերի շարքը։
💡Իջևան, Դիլիջան, Եղեգնաձոր, Վայք, Գավառ և Մարտունի համայնքներից 122 համայնքային ու մարզային իշխանության, քաղհասարակության, բուհերի ներկայացուցիչներ, պատգամավորի և ավագանու թեկնածուներ, ԸԸՀ անդամներ, ակտիվ քաղաքացիներ մասնակցեցին զեկույցի քննարկումներին:
🔶Քննարկման առանցքային թեմաները.
⚖️Կանանց քաղաքական ներկայացվածության իրավական հիմքերն ու երիտասարդների մասնակցության համատեքստը:
📋Ընտրական ցուցակների կառուցվածքը և երիտասարդ ու կին թեկնածուների ընդգրկվածությունը։
📈Քաղաքական ուժերի նախընտրական ծրագրերի վերլուծությունը, գենդերային հավասարությունը և քարոզարշավի արդյունքները։
🎯Մոնիտորինգի արդյունքների կիրառելիությունը առաջիկա ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների համատեքստում:
👥Մասնակիցները մտքեր փոխանակեցին համայնքներում կանանց և երիտասարդների դերի մասին։
Շեշտվեց, որ թեև համապետական մակարդակում կա դրական դինամիկա ⬆️, համայնքներում որոշումների կայացմանը նրանց մասնակցությունը դեռևս սահմանափակ է և հանրային գործընթացներում ներգրավվելու դեպքում թիրախավորման, անհիմն քննադատության և ճնշումների ենթարկվելու վախը շարունակում է բարձր մնալ ⚠️։
📍Ընդգծվեց, որ կանանց ակտիվ ներգրավվածությունը պետական և համայնքային կառավարմանը ոչ միայն քաղաքացիական դիրքորոշում է, այլև հասարակության զարգացման կարևորագույն գրավական:
Առաջարկվեց զեկույցի արդյունքների հիման վրա կազմակերպել նաև պանելային քննարկումներ 💬:

✅Զեկույցի մշակումը իրականացրել է «Քաղաքացիական երիտասարդական Կենտրոն» համայնքային զարգացման ՀԿ-ը Հայաստանում Նիդերլանդների Թագավորության դեսպանության կողմից ֆինանսավորող ՛՛Voices and Choices: Advancing Women and Youth in Armenia for the 2026 electoral year” ծրագրի շրջանակում:
🎉We have concluded the series of presentation and discussion meetings on the “Monitoring of Women’s and Youth Participation in Armenia’s 2026 Parliamentary Elections” report.
📅The final meetings of our community visit series took place on September 16 in Dilijan, September 17 in Gavar and Martuni, and September 22 in Yeghegnadzor and Vayk.
💡 In total, 122 representatives of community and regional authorities, representatives of civil society organizations and universities, candidates, TEC members, and active citizens from Ijevan, Dilijan, Yeghegnadzor, Vayk, Gavar, and Martuni participated in the report discussions.
🔶Key topics discussed:
⚖️ The legal framework for women’s political representation and the context of youth participation;
📋 The structure of electoral lists and the inclusion of women and young candidates;
📈 Analysis of political forces’ pre-election programmes, gender equality, and campaign outcomes;
🎯 The relevance and practical application of the monitoring findings in the context of the upcoming local self-government elections.
👥Participants exchanged views on the role of women and young people in community life.
It was emphasized that, although there is positive progress at the national level ⬆️, their participation in local decision-making remains limited. The fear of being targeted, unfairly criticized, or subjected to pressure when engaging in public processes also remains a significant concern⚠️.
📍The discussions highlighted that women’s active participation in state and local governance is not only an expression of civic engagement but also an important prerequisite for the sustainable development of society.
Participants also proposed organizing panel discussions based on the findings of the report to further explore the identified challenges and opportunities 💬.
