«Ագաթ» ՀԿ-ն «Ներառական ապագա բոլորի համար» ծրագրի շրջանակներում մեկնարկել է դասընթացների շարք՝ ՀՀ-ում ընտանեկան բռնության ենթարկված անձանց աջակցման ծառայություններ մատուցող կառույցների աշխատակիցների համար։
Դասընթացների նպատակն է բարձրացնել մասնագետների իրազեկվածությունն ու կարողությունները՝ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող կանանց և աղջիկների հետ արդյունավետ հաղորդակցվելու, նրանց կարիքները հասկանալու և հասանելի, անվտանգ ու ներառական աջակցություն տրամադրելու համար։
📍 Դասընթացների շարքի առաջին հանդիպումն անցկացվեց Շիրակի մարզում՝ Կանանց իրավունքների տանը։
Մասնակիցների հետ քննարկվեցին հաշմանդամության, գենդերի և բազմակի խտրականության փոխկապակցվածությունը, ինչպես նաև բռնություն վերապրած հաշմանդամություն ունեցող կանանց և աղջիկների համար ծառայությունների մատչելիության կարևորությունը։
Առանձին անդրադարձ կատարվեց ֆիզիկական, հաղորդակցման և թվային մատչելիությանը, ունիվերսալ դիզայնին և խելամիտ հարմարեցումներին։ Իրավունքահենք մոտեցման հետ մեկտեղ մասնակիցները քննարկեցին նաև անվտանգության պլանավորման և տրավմայազգայուն աջակցության սկզբունքները։
Դասընթացը վարեցին Գայանե Գրիգորյանը և Մարինե Ավետիսյանը։
Այս հանդիպմամբ մեկնարկած դասընթացների շարքը շարունակվելու է՝ նպաստելով, որ բռնություն վերապրած յուրաքանչյուր կին և աղջիկ, անկախ հաշմանդամությունից, կարողանա ստանալ արժանապատիվ, մատչելի և իր կարիքներին համապատասխան աջակցություն։

Within the framework of the “Inclusive Future for All” project, funded by the Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation, Agate Rights Defense Center for Women with Disabilities NGO has launched a series of trainings for professionals working in organizations and services supporting survivors of domestic violence across Armenia.
The training series aims to strengthen participants’ awareness and professional capacities to effectively communicate with, understand the needs of, and provide accessible, safe, and inclusive support to women and girls with disabilities, applying rights-based, sensitive, and inclusive approaches.
📍 The first training was held in Shirak region at the Women's Rights House NGO «Կանանց Իրավունքների Տուն» ՀԿ ԿԻՏ
Participants explored the intersection of disability, gender, and multiple discrimination, as well as the barriers women and girls with disabilities may face when seeking support after experiencing violence.
Particular attention was given to physical, communication, and digital accessibility, universal design and reasonable accommodation. Participants also discussed rights-based approaches, safety planning, and trauma-informed support.
The training was facilitated by Gayane Grigoryan and Marine Avetisyan.
This first meeting marks the beginning of a broader training series aimed at contributing to support services where every woman and girl, including those with disabilities, can receive dignified, accessible, and appropriate support when experiencing violence.
