Medics in Armenia - Mia Medics in Armenia is a university based student organization.

Medics in Armenia organizes trips to Armenia for university students interested in health to intern in hospitals, volunteer at underserved communities and travel across the motherland. It is meant to educate and train students that are interested and/or pursuing a future in medicine by traveling to Armenia to shadow medical professionals and volunteer at impoverished communities across Armenia. Th

is organization also hopes to guide students in establishing significant connections with those in the medical field by holding meetings throughout the school year with guest speakers such as medical professionals. We are currently based at University of California, San Diego (UCSD), with the hopes of branching off to UCLA, CSUN, and UCI in the fall of 2017.
