And they are formed on the basis of what he saw - noticed, heard - overheard, cognized - read, in a word, the reality surrounding him. Even in the immemorial time, the Armenians undertook the mission of collecting and preserving the scientific and cultural achievements of men - evidence of this is the world's most extensive collection of ancient manuscripts in the Matenadaran Institute-Museum. It contains, among other things, translations of unique works, the originals of which have been lost. And it is no coincidence that the first phrase, written in Armenian letters by the creator of the alphabet, Mesrop Mashtots, was: "To learn wisdom and admonition, to understand the sayings of the mind." At the same time, realizing the supranational nature of human achievements, the fathers of the nation understood perfectly well: in order to participate in the development of scientific thought themselves, it is necessary not only to collect works, but also to translate, master them, appealing to understandable national codes. Thus, they made the world achievements of mankind a habitat for the Armenian people, which led to a flourishing in the camp of science and culture. Land of wisdom - is an attempt to fully develop their experience. Within the framework of the project, 301 wise men will move to Armenia. These people are more than just professionals in their field. These are people with out-of-the-box thinking and unexpected views. All conditions for their work will be created here, which will lead to the implementation of a number of breakthrough projects, and in the orbit of their interaction there will be people who carry out these projects and form a new reality in the country. A reality that will lead to the acquisition of new meanings. And that can happen exactly on this land. The land, as called by the ancient cartographer Eden - is the birthplace of the first man and the commitment of the first sin. The earth, which became the coveted firmament under the feet of Noah - a place where humanity was given a second chance at life. A land where Christianity from a persecuted cult turned into a state religion - a place that sheltered a doctrine that was to change the entire course of development of history and culture. It is here, where global, vertical meanings have already been born, that new ones can be born - the only thing that cannot be found anywhere else in the world. And who, if not a networked nation, organically integrated into the societies of various countries and cultures in all parts of the world, can spread these meanings throughout the world and build them, give a new vector of development, fill the spiritual and cultural chaos, that acute lack of meaningfulness, destructive results which is becoming more evident. In desperate times, Armenians were saving books and children. Because, what is the purpose of a book that doesn’t have a reader? And what is the future of the children who lose the wisdom that was collected through centuries? In desperate times, Armenians were saving the future.
