Armenian Lighthouse Charitable Foundation (ALCF)

ALCF was registered in Armenia in 2006. In 2011 we built the complex to serve the needy people.

This facility houses neglected women and their children providing them with a safe place to live and vocational training and counseling. A large hall is used within the complex for educational seminars, bible study, and weekly lunches for the elderly. The complex also provides a bridal gown program offering women free wedding gowns if they are willing to marry in a church. The Foundation’s offices and warehouse, where donations are sorted and prepared for distribution to the community and outlying regions, are also located at this facility.

We were happy to welcome the wonderful team from Marriott Hotel Yerevan to ALCF once again. Their visits have become a special part of our Lighthouse family, bringing joy, smiles, and excitement to our residents and children. As always, they came with a sweet surprise — delicious treats and lovely toys for our children to enjoy! We are truly grateful for their continued kindness, care, and support. Thank you for always thinking of our residents and children and for bringing so much happiness with every visit!
Ուրախ էինք կրկին հյուրընկալել Marriott Hotel Yerevan-ի հրաշալի թիմին մեր ԱԼԲՀ ընտանիքում։ Նրանց այցելություններն արդեն դարձել են մեր Լայթհաուս ընտանիքի գեղեցիկ ու սպասված պահերից մեկը՝ ուրախություն, ժպիտներ և ոգևորություն պարգևելով մեր մայրերին ու երեխաներին։ Ինչպես միշտ, նրանք եկել էին հաճելի անակնկալներով՝ համեղ քաղցրավենիքներով և գեղեցիկ խաղալիքներով մեր երեխաների համար։ Անչափ շնորհակալ ենք նրանց շարունակական հոգատարության, բարության և աջակցության համար։ Շնորհակալություն, որ յուրաքանչյուր այցելությամբ մեր ընտանիք եք բերում ջերմություն և ուրախություն։

A beautiful day of faith, love, and blessings was celebrated at our ALCF family. We were deeply honored to witness a Holy Baptism ceremony at our center, made possible with the loving support of our cherished founders, Mr. and Mrs. Zuhrab and Seta Ghazarian. The ceremony was a deeply meaningful and joyful occasion for all of us. Under the spiritual guidance and blessing of Father Partev, our center was filled with prayers, love, and the joy of this sacred moment. We are grateful to our founders for their continued love and support, and to Father Partev for blessing this special day with his presence. May God watch over our children, guide them throughout their lives, and fill their hearts with faith, hope, and love. We cherish these beautiful moments as a family and give thanks for the blessings God has placed in our faundation.
ԱԼԲՀ-ի ընտանիքում նշվեց հավատքով, սիրով և օրհնությամբ լի մի գեղեցիկ օր։ Մեծ պատիվ ունեցանք ներկա գտնվելու մեր կենտրոնում կայացած Սուրբ Մկրտության արարողությանը, որն իրականություն դարձավ մեր սիրելի հիմնադիրներ՝ պարոն և տիկին Զուհրաբ ևՍեթա Ղազարյանների սիրալիր աջակցությամբ։ Այս արարողությունը խորը իմաստով և ուրախալի իրադարձություն էր բոլորիս համար։ Տեր Պարթևի հոգևոր առաջնորդությամբ և օրհնությամբ՝ մեր կենտրոնը լցվեց աղոթքներով, սիրով և այս սրբազան պահի ուրախությամբ։ Մենք երախտապարտ ենք մեր հիմնադիրներին՝ իրենց շարունակական սիրո և աջակցության համար, ինչպես նաև Տեր Պարթևին՝ իր ներկայությամբ այս հատուկ օրն օրհնելու համար։ Թող Աստված պահպանի մեր երեխաներին, ուղղորդի նրանց ողջ կյանքի ընթացքում և նրանց սրտերը լցնի հավատքով, հույսով ու սիրով։ Մենք որպես ընտանիք մեծարում ենք այս գեղեցիկ պահերը և շնորհակալություն հայտնում այն օրհնությունների համար, որոնցով Աստված օժտել է մեր հիմնադրամը։

Did you know that the Big Dipper points to the North Star and can even help tell us the time of night? Depending on the season, the Big Dipper appears in different parts of the sky—sometimes to the right, left, above, or below. Our Lighthouse children had a wonderful and exciting time learning how a Star Clock can help locate the Big Dipper at any time of the year, thanks to Suzanne Ourfalian Shera. It was an exciting experience filled with discovery, curiosity, and wonder! We also took a moment to thank God for the lights He placed in the sky to guide us and give us knowledge during the night. (Genesis 1; Psalm 8; Psalm 19)

Գիտեի՞ք, որ Մեծ Արջի համաստեղությունը ցույց է տալիս Հյուսիսային աստղի ուղղությունը և նույնիսկ կարող է օգնել որոշելու գիշերվա ժամը։ Տարվա եղանակից կախված՝ Մեծ Արջը երկնքում հայտնվում է տարբեր դիրքերում՝ երբեմն աջ, ձախ, վերև կամ ներքև։ ԱԼԲՀ-ի երեխաները Սյուզան Ուրֆալյան Շերայի շնորհիվ հրաշալի և հետաքրքիր ժամանակ անցկացրին՝ սովորելով, թե ինչպես է Աստղային ժամացույցը (Star Clock) օգնում տարվա ցանկացած եղանակին գտնել Մեծ Արջի դիրքը երկնքում։ Սա բացահայտումներով, հետաքրքրությամբ և զարմանքով լի հրաշալի փորձառություն էր։ Մենք նաև առիթ ունեցանք շնորհակալություն հայտնելու Աստծուն այն լույսերի համար, որոնք Նա տեղադրել է երկնքում՝ գիշերը մեզ առաջնորդելու և գիտելիք պարգևելու համար։

At ALCF, we are grateful for the opportunity to serve our homeland by supporting women and children and helping build a future filled with dignity, safety, and hope.

Այսօր մենք նշում ենք մեր սիրելի հայրենիքի՝ հավատքի, քաջության, տոկունության և հույսի երկրի անկախությունը։
Թո’ղ Հայաստանը միշտ մնա հզոր, խաղաղ և ազատ։ Թո’ղ Աստված օրհնի մեր ազգը, պահպանի մեր ժողովրդին և առաջնորդի մեր երկիրը դեպի ավելի պայծառ ու խաղաղ ապագա։

Some reunions are more than just a welcome—they are moments filled with love, gratitude, and memories. Today, we were deeply happy to welcome our dear founders, Mr. and Mrs. Zuhrab and Seta Ghazarian, back to their beloved motherland, Armenia. Their journey was not an easy one. There were many trials, challenges, and moments when returning to Armenia seemed uncertain. Yet we believe that God had a plan and, in His perfect time, made a way for them to come home. Their return filled the ALCF family with warmth and happiness. Our staff and residents were overjoyed to see them, to hug them, and to share this special moment together. For so many of us, their presence means more than words can express. Their love, compassion, and unwavering dedication have touched countless lives and continue to be a guiding light for our ALCF family.
Welcome home, Mr. and Mrs. Ghazarian.
Your homecoming made our hearts full.
Որոշ հանդիպումներ պարզապես վերադարձի ու ողջույնի պահեր չեն․ դրանք սիրով, երախտագիտությամբ ու գեղեցիկ հիշողություններով լցված թանկարժեք պահեր են։ Այսօր մեծ ուրախությամբ դիմավորեցինք մեր սիրելի հիմնադիրներին՝ պարոն և տիկին Զուհրաբ և Սեթա Ղազարյաններին, ովքեր վերադարձել են իրենց հարազատ հայրենիք՝ Հայաստան։ Նրանց այս ճանապարհը հեշտ չի եղել․ եղել են բազմաթիվ փորձություններ, դժվարություններ և անորոշ պահեր։ Բայց մենք հավատում ենք, որ Աստված ուներ իր ծրագիրը և ցանկանում էր, որ նրանք կրկին լինեն իրենց սիրելի հայրենիքում՝ մեր և ԱԼԲՀ-ի մեծ ընտանիքի կողքին։ Նրանց վերադարձը մեծ ջերմություն և ուրախություն պարգևեց ԱԼԲՀ-ի ողջ ընտանիքին։ Մեր աշխատակիցներն ու բնակիչներն անչափ ուրախ էին կրկին տեսնելու նրանց, գրկելու և միասին կիսելու այս գեղեցիկ պահը։ Մեզանից շատերի համար նրանց ներկայությունը պարզապես այցելություն չէ։ Նրանց սերն ու նվիրումը, հոգատարությունն ու տարիների անսահման նվիրվածությունը բազմաթիվ կյանքերի են դիպել և շարունակում են լուսավորել ԱԼԲՀ-ի ընտանիքի ճանապարհը։

Hayk Sargsyan organized a wonderful event for socially vulnerable families on the shores of Lake Sevan. The children of the Armenian Lighthouse Charitable Foundation also had the opportunity to participate and enjoy a day filled with fun, learning, and unforgettable memories. The program included a lively foam party, educational training, delicious barbecue, and an exciting concert. We are grateful for this beautiful initiative and for creating such a joyful and memorable experience for the children!
Հայկ Սարգսյանը սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքների համար հրաշալի միջոցառում անցկացրեց Սևանա լճի ափին։ «Արմենիան Լայթհաուս» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի երեխաները նույնպես հնարավորություն ունեցան մասնակցելու և վայելելու զվարճալիքներով, ուսուցողական և անմոռանալի հիշողություններով լի օրը։ Ծրագիրը ներառում էր աշխույժ փրփուրե շոու, կրթական վերապատրաստում, համեղ խորոված և հետաքրքիր համերգ։ Մենք շնորհակալ ենք այս գեղեցիկ նախաձեռնության և երեխաների համար այդքան ուրախ ու հիշարժան փորձառություն ստեղծելու համար։

Our children at ALCF had a wonderful day filled with new experiences and happy memories! They visited the house-museums of Eghishe Charents and Avetik Isahakyan, discovering more about Armenia’s great poets and their lives. After an exciting cultural visit, the children enjoyed a delicious lunch at KFC and continued the day with lots of laughter and fun at Seasons Park. We are incredibly grateful to our generous sponsor; whose support made this special day possible. Your kindness gives our children opportunities to learn, explore, and simply enjoy being children. Thank you for helping us create beautiful memories!
ԱԼԲՀ-ի երեխաները հրաշալի օր ունեցան՝ լի նոր փորձառություններով և երջանիկ հիշողություններով։ Նրանք այցելեցին Եղիշե Չարենցի և Ավետիք Իսահակյանի տուն-թանգարաններ՝ ավելին իմանալով հայ մեծ բանաստեղծների և նրանց կյանքի մասին։ Հետաքրքիր մշակութային այցելությունից հետո երեխաները վայելեցին համեղ ճաշը KFC-ում և շարունակեցին օրը լի ծիծաղով և զվարճանքով Seasons Park-ում։ Մենք անչափ շնորհակալ ենք մեր առատաձեռն հովանավորին, որի աջակցությունը հնարավոր դարձրեց այս հատուկ օրը։ Ձեր բարությունը մեր երեխաներին հնարավորություն է տալիս սովորել, ուսումնասիրել և պարզապես վայելել երեխա լինելը։ Շնորհակալություն ենք հայտնում մեզ համար գեղեցիկ հիշողություններ ստեղծելու համար։

Our Little Stars Are Shining!
We are so proud of our little residents, Nare and Arman, who recently had the opportunity to shine on stage and share their wonderful talents! Nare took part in X Factor Kids Armenia, successfully qualifying through the audition stage! We are incredibly proud of her courage, talent, and determination.
Arman also stepped into the spotlight, participating in the beloved performance of “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” in the role of Grumpy in Machanents house theatre. He brought his character to life with enthusiasm and charm! Watching our children discover their talents, overcome their fears, and confidently step onto the stage fills our hearts with joy. May they always believe in themselves, dream big, and continue to shine!
We are cheering for you, Nare and Arman! Keep shining!
Մեր փոքրիկ աստղերը փայլում են։
Մենք շատ հպարտ ենք մեր փոքրիկ բնակիչներով՝ Նարեով և Արմանով, ովքեր վերջերս հնարավորություն ունեցան փայլելու բեմում և կիսվելու իրենց հրաշալի տաղանդներով։ Նարեն մասնակցեց X Factor Kids Armenia-ին՝ հաջողությամբ անցնելով լսումների փուլը։ Մենք անչափ հպարտ ենք նրա քաջությամբ, տաղանդով և նպատակասլացությամբ։
Արմանը նույնպես հայտնվեց ուշադրության կենտրոնում՝ մասնակցելով «Սպիտակաձյունիկը և յոթ թզուկները» սիրված ներկայացմանը Մաչանենց տան թատրոնում՝ փնթփնթանի դերում։ Նա իր կերպարը կյանքի կոչեց ոգևորությամբ և հմայքով։ Մեր սրտերը ուրախությամբ լցնում է տեսնելը, թե ինչպես են մեր երեխաները բացահայտում իրենց տաղանդները, հաղթահարում իրենց վախերը և վստահորեն դուրս գալիս բեմ։ Թող նրանք միշտ հավատան իրենց, մեծ երազանքներ ունենան և շարունակեն փայլել։

The residents of ALCF came together to joyfully celebrate the Feast of the Transfiguration of the Virgin Mary, also known as the Blessing of the Grapes. This beautiful Armenian tradition brought our residents together in a spirit of faith, gratitude, and fellowship. Sharing the blessed grapes and celebrating together gave everyone an opportunity to honor our rich Armenian Christian heritage and create warm memories as one ALCF family. May this blessed feast fill every home with peace, love, good health, and abundant blessings.
ԱԼԲՀ-ի բնակիչները միասին նշեցին Մարիամ Աստվածածնի Վերափոխման տոնը, որը հայտնի է նաև որպես խաղողօրհնեք: Այս գեղեցիկ հայկական ավանդույթը մեր բնակիչներին միավորեց հավատքի, երախտագիտության և միասնության ոգով: Օրհնված խաղողը կիսելը և միասին տոնելը բոլորին հնարավորություն տվեց հիշել մեր հարուստ հայկական քրիստոնեական ժառանգության մասին և ստեղծել ջերմ հիշողություններ որպես մեկ ԱԼԲՀ ընտանիք: Թող այս օրհնյալ տոնը լցնի յուրաքանչյուր տուն խաղաղությամբ, սիրով, առողջությամբ և առատ օրհնություններով:

At ALCF, we continue to provide hot lunches for the elderly in our community, as well as for the women and children living in our shelter. With a $300 donation, you can sponsor a lunch. As a token of our appreciation, your name (or the name of a loved one) will be displayed on our dining room sponsor board, and the elders and families will keep you and your loved ones in their prayers. We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of the generous donors who have supported our "Feed the Elders" program. Because of your kindness and compassion, many elderly individuals have been able to enjoy hot, nutritious meals. Your generosity continues to bring comfort and hope to those who need it most.
