Մեկնարկել է «ԼԻԴԵՐ–ն առանց սահմանների» ծրագիրը Ծիլի Ծով տեղական ակտիվ խումբ տարածքային զարգացման հ/կ–ի կողմից՝ միջազգային Վիշեգրադյան հիմնադրամի՝ International Visegrad Fund աջակցությամբ։ Ծրագրի մեկնարկը տրվեց Դիլիջանում անցկացված կարողությունների զարգացման եռօրյա աշխատարանով ու ռազմավարական հանդիպումներով, որը համախմբեց Armlag National Network ԱՐՄԼԱԳ ազգային ԼԻԴԵՐ ցանցի անդամներին, Լոռու, Շիրակի և Տավուշի տեղական ակտիվ խմբերի ու պետական կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներին, Եվրոպական միության պատվիրակությանը, դիվանագիտական առաքելությունների ներկայացուցիչներին և միջազգային փորձագետներին Հունգարիայից և Չեխիայի Հանրապետությունից։
Այս ծրագիրը ոչ միայն վերապատրաստման ու կարողութունների զարգացման հարթակ է, այլև ռազմավարական մտածողության, միջազգային համագործակցության և Հայաստանում LEADER շարժման հետագա զարգացման կարևոր մեկնարկային կետ։
Մեծ պատիվ էր հատուկ հյուրի կարգավիճակում հյուրընկալել Հայաստանում Հունգարիայի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Աննա Մարիա Շիկոյին, Չեխիայի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Պետր Պիրունչիկին, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանում Եվրոպական միության պատվիրակության ծրագրերի ղեկավար Տաթևիկ Դավթյանին, Չեխիայի Հանրապետության Տարածաշրջանային զարգացման փոխնախարար և Եվրոպայում LEADER/CLLD շարժման ամենանվիրված դերակատարներից Ռադիմ Սրշենին, «Հայաստան–Հունգարիա Մշակութային գործընկերություն» Միության նախագահ Անահիտ Սիմոնյանին, ում մասնակցությունը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծեց միջազգային գործընկերության կարևորությունը Հայաստանի գյուղական համայնքների զարգացման գործում։
Առանձնահատուկ շնորհակալություն ենք հայտնում մեր միջազգային փորձագետ Մարտա Մարչիսին՝ այս համագործակցության կայացման և իր փորձով, ոգեշնչող մոտեցմամբ մասնակիցների մասնագիտական աճին, ռազմավարական մտածողության զարգացմանը և LEADER շարժման տարածմանը նպաստելու համար։
Երեք հագեցած օրերի ընթացքում մասնակիցները՝
🇪🇺 ծանոթացան LEADER/CLLD կառավարման եվրոպական մոդելներին և գյուղական զարգացման հաջողված փորձին,
🗺️ մշակեցին ԱՐՄԼԱԳ-ի ռազմավարական տեսլականը, առաջնահերթություններն ու ինստիտուցիոնալ զարգացման ճանապարհային քարտեզը,
🌱 քննարկեցին Խելացի գյուղերի (Smart Villages) հայեցակարգը, նորարարությունները, շահերի պաշտպանության, ֆոնդահայթայթման և կայուն զարգացման գործիքները,
🤝 ամրապնդեցին համագործակցությունը միջազգային գործընկերների հետ և ստեղծեցին նոր հնարավորություններ տարածաշրջանային և եվրոպական համագործակցության ընդլայնման համար։
Շնորհակալություն նաև Վիշեգրադյան միջազգային հիմնադրամին, չեխ և հունգարացի գործընկերներին, Հայաստանում Եվրոպական միության պատվիրակությանը, պետական կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներին, մեր պատվավոր հյուրերին, միջազգային փորձագետներին և բոլոր մասնակիցներին, որոնց նվիրումն ու ակտիվ մասնակցությունը այս երեք օրերը դարձրեցին իսկապես արդյունավետ, ոգեշնչող և հիշարժան։

🌍 The "LEADER Without Borders" Project Has Officially Launched!
The "LEADER Without Borders" project, implemented by the Tsili Tsov Local Action Group Territorial Development NGO with the support of the International Visegrad Fund, has officially begun.
The project was launched with a three-day Capacity Building Training for Armenian Local Action Groups and National Network of ARMLAG and Strategic Retreat held in Dilijan on June 20-22, bringing together members of the Armlag National Network representatives of Local Action Groups from Lori, Shirak, and Tavush, government institutions, the Delegation of the European Union to Armenia, diplomatic missions, and international experts from Hungary and the Czech Republic.
It was a great honor to welcome our distinguished guests: H.E. Anna Maria Sikó, Ambassador of Hungary to Armenia Embassy of Hungary in Yerevan; H.E. Petr Pirunčík, Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Armenia Embassy of the Czech Republic in Yerevan, Armenia; Tatevik Davtyan, Programme Manager at the Delegation of the European Union to Armenia European Union in Armenia; Radim Sršeň, former Deputy Minister of Regional Development of the Czech Republic and one of Europe's leading champions of the LEADER/CLLD approach, Anahit Simonyan, the President of the Armenia-Hungary Union of Friendship and Cultural Cooperation. Their participation once again highlighted the importance of international partnership in supporting the sustainable development of Armenia's rural communities.
We would also like to express our special gratitude to our international expert, Marta Marczis(Hungary) from AEIDL, whose dedication made this collaboration possible. Through her extensive experience and inspiring approach, she greatly contributed to the professional growth of participants, the development of strategic thinking, and the further promotion of the LEADER movement in Armenia.
During the three intensive days, participants:
🇪🇺 Explored European models of LEADER/CLLD governance and successful rural development practices;
🗺️ Developed ARMLAG's strategic vision, institutional priorities, and roadmap for future development;
🌱 Discussed the Smart Villages concept, innovation, advocacy, fundraising, and tools for sustainable rural development;
🤝 Strengthened cooperation with international partners and created new opportunities for regional and European collaboration.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the International Visegrad Fund, our Czech and Hungarian partners, the Delegation of the European Union to Armenia, representatives of government institutions, our distinguished guests, international experts, and all participants whose commitment and active engagement made these three days truly productive, inspiring, and memorable.
