ℹ Մեր հաջորդ դրամաշնորհառուն «ՀԵԲԱ» սոցիալ-կրթական ՀԿ-ն է, որն իրականացնում է «Դիմակայուն Ալավերդի» ծրագիրը Լոռու մարզի Ալավերդի բազմաբնակավայր համայնքում։
📌 Ծրագիրն ուղղված է Ալավերդի խոշորացված համայնքի բնակիչների դիմակայունության և ներառականության ապահովմանը։
Ծրագրի շրջանակում իրականացվել է համայնքի սոցիալ-տնտեսական իրավիճակի գնահատում։ Հետազոտության ընթացքում կազմակերպվել են ֆոկուս խմբային քննարկումներ համայնքի տարբեր բնակավայրերում՝ բնակիչների, ՏԻՄ ներկայացուցիչների, կրթական ու առողջապահական ոլորտների մասնագետների մասնակցությամբ։ Քննարկվել են առօրյա խնդիրները, սպասելիքները և ծառայությունների որակը։ Բացի այդ, իրականացվել է շուրջ 50 տնայց՝ ընտանիքների կարիքները և կենսապայմանները գնահատելու նպատակով։ Հավաքագրված տվյալների հիման վրա պատրաստվել է ամփոփ զեկույց, որը կօգնի հստակեցնել առաջնահերթությունները և մշակել համայնքի զարգացման ծրագրեր։
🔹ՀԵԲԱ ՀԿ-ի թիմը առաջիկայում կիրականացնի կարողությունների զարգացման դասընթաց համայնքային սոցիալական աշխատողների և Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության մասնագետների համար՝ «Սոցիալական պաշտպանություն» թեմայով։
ℹ Our next grantee is “HEBA” Social-Educational NGO, which is implementing the “Resilient Alaverdi” project in the multi-settlement community of Alaverdi in Lori region.
The project aims to ensure the resilience and inclusiveness of the residents of the enlarged Alaverdi community.
📌Within the framework of the project, an assessment of the community’s socio-economic situation has been carried out. During the research, focus group discussions were organized in various settlements of the community with the participation of residents, local government representatives, and specialists from the education and healthcare sectors. Everyday issues, expectations, and the quality of services were discussed.
In addition, about 50 home visits were conducted to assess families’ needs and living conditions. Based on the collected data, a summary report was prepared, which will help clarify priorities and develop community development projects.
🔹The HEBA NGO team will soon conduct capacity-building training for community social workers and specialists of the Unified Social Service on the topic of “Social Protection.”
