The Outdoor Ambassadors of Vlore enjoyed a day hike to the Castle of Kanina. 10 members along with Peace Corps Volunteer Mitesh Patel enjoyed a beautiful Sunday inside the walls of the Castle. We enjoyed each others company, a wonderful potluck style picnic, and got to know one another.
We discussed the importance of keeping our environment clean and made sure to pick up all ouf our trash and the trash around us to to keep the history of Kanina alive and beatiful!

On June 18 2015 were held at Jani Minga School, election for new leaders at Outdoor Ambassadors Vlore. This year we tried to give the good example of a voting process to our peers who on 21 June will vote in Local Elections. From the elections, now the group has a new President , Serantino Ismaili, a new Secretary, Sara Bocaj and a new Treasurer, Jorog Qirjaj. We wish them good luck!
Ne 18 Qershor 2015 ne shkollen Jani Minga u mbajten zgjedhjet e Ambasadoreve te Natyres Vlore. Kete vit ne u munduam ti japim shembullin e mire te procesit te votimit bashkemoshatareve tane te cilet ne zgjedhjet lokale te 21 Qershorit, do te votojne. Nga zgjedhjet kemi nje president te ri, nje sekretare te re dhe nje thesar te ri respektivisht Serantino Ismaili, Sara Bocaj dhe Jorgo Qirjaj. Ju urojme shume fat!

Today on February 12th, Outdoor Ambassadors Vlorë concluded their first community project of rehabilitating a green space in the city. This was the final step of the project as in October they managed to organize an entire show to raise awareness about environmental problems in the city and in the same time to fundraise about the main objective, rehabilitating a green space in the city. Despite all the inconveniences that have been happening in town, OA Vlorë found the way to invest by collaborating with a public school in the city, “Jani Minga” which had in their annual plan the rehabilitation of their green spaces. So the major part of the fundraise went as a donation to the school’s project buying 5 trees and 200 decorating plants (ligustra) , an other part is kept aside for a special trashcan to divide the leftovers that is also going to be donated to this school by OA Vlorë and the other part of it is given to the two students that are going to participate in YLC 2015. The president of OA Vlorë, Realdo Silaj would like to thank , PCV’s in Vlorë, OA Albania, their supporters from CRCD (Center for Research, Cooperation and Development) and especially all OA Vlorë volunteers.

Sot më 12 Shkurt , Ambasadorët e Natyrës Vlorë përmbushën projketin e parë në komunitet e rehabilitimit të një hapsire të gjelbër në qytet. Ky ishte hapi i fundit i projektit që në Tetor filloi me organizimin e një shfaqjeje për të rritur ndërgjegjësimin mbi problemet mjedisore në qytet dhe në të njëjtën kohë për të mbledhur fonde për projektin. Pavarësisht gjithë problemeve të qytetit sot, OA Vlorë gjeti një mënyrë për të investuar përmes bashkëpunimit me shkollën publike “Jani Minga” të cilët kishin në planin vjetor rregullimin e hapsirave të gjelbra në shkollë. Kështu pjesa më e madhe e parave të mbledhura shkoi për projektin e shkollës duke blerë 5 pemë dhe 200 bimë zbukuruese (ligustra), një pjesë u vunë mënjanë për blerjen e një koshi specific me ndarjet e mbetjeve sipas standarteve botërore, gjithashtu një donacion i OA Vlorë dhe një pjesë i jepet dy pjesëmarrësve vlonjatë në Konferencën e Liderëve të rinj (YLC 2015). Presideni i OA Vlorë do ë donte të falenderonte vullnetarët e Korpusit të Paqes në Vlorë, OA Albania, mbështetësit nga Qendra për Kërkim, Bashkëpunim dhe Zhvillim dhe veçantërisht vullnetarët e OA Vlorë.

Aktiviteti i pare masiv i OA Vlore, ne bashkepunim me Qendren per Kerkim Bashkepunim dhe Zhvillim. Suksesi i vertete i ketij aktiviteti ishte interesi dhe pjesemarrja e qytetareve dhe te rinjve ne nje kauze per nje mjedis me te gjelber dhe me te shendetshem. Duke falenderuar cdo pjesemarres ne shfaqje dhe cdo mbeshtetes, ju garantojme sukses per te ardhmen. Fale fondit jo dhe aq modest te grumbulluar nga sh*tja e biletave per shfaqjen, do te kemi mundesine te rregullojme nje mjedis pubilk ne qytet. Do ti rikthejme buzeqeshjen parkut pas Monumenit simbol te Vloes, atij te Pavaresise! Dhe kjo fale mbeshtetjes suaj.... :D

Jo gjithnje bejme gjera te bukura per tu pare dhe degjuar. Ky eshte nje raportim i antareve te grupit mbni gjendjen e ambientit ne qytetin e Vlores. Eshte nje thirrje per ndergjegjesim, nje kerkese per angazhim te menjehershem ne permiresimin e situates. Alarm!

Dje me date 18/08/2014 Aktiviste te Outdoor Ambassadors Vlore ne ndihme te Aktivitetit te Deges se Kryqit te Kuq Shqiptar ne Vlore "Se bashku per nje mjedis me te paster", kane kryer pastrimin e bregdetit prane Plazhit te Ri ne Vlore. Si gjithnje te gatshem per mbrojtjen e ambientit.
Yesterday 18/08/2014 Activists of Outdoor Ambassadors Vlore, helping the activity of Red Cross Albania, Vlore "Together for a clean environment", have cleaned the seaside of "New Beach" in Vore. Always ready to help the environment.

Dje pasdite, 02/07/2014, eshte zhvilluar takimi i pare lidhur me strukturen e OA Vlore drejtuar nga Presidenti i saj dhe bashkedrejtuesja e grupit Znjsh. Gloria Zeneli. Eshte diskutuar per menyren se si puna do te ndahet mndermjet anetareve ne vijimesi si dhe per projektin e pare te Outdoor Ambassadors Vlore, nje nisme qe do te perfshije edhe te rinjte e qytetit. Duke falenderuar miqte e OA Vlora Youth Center per dhenien hua te zyres se tyre per nje pasdite, si dhe pjesemarresit, ju themi se dicka e madhe po afrohet. Qendroni ne kontakt sepse shume shpejte fillojne surprizat!!!! :D

Yesterday afternoon, 02/07/2014, was held the first appointment related to the OA structure in Vlore, ran by OA Vlore President and co-leader Ms. Gloria Zeneli. There was discussed about the way that the work in the Organization will be shared and about the first project that OA Vlore is going to hold, a project that is going to involve the youth of the city. Thanking our friends of Vlora Youth Center for lending their office for the afternoon and the volunteers present, we tell you that something AWESOME is about to come.
