📍These discussions are helping us identify areas where businesses can become more sustainable, resource-efficient, and competitive by embracing circular practices.

📍Following this initial screening, AI-powered tools will be used to assess and strengthen their business models, providing tailored recommendations to support innovation, improve resource efficiency, and unlock new opportunities for sustainable growth.

📍By combining the expertise of entrepreneurs with the potential of artificial intelligence and circular economy principles, we are building a more resilient and future-ready blue economy.

🌊 Përfundoi me sukses vizita studimore e projektit BLUEQ në Kroaci!
Nga 7 deri më 9 korrik 2026, AULEDA mori pjesë në vizitën studimore të organizuar në Šibenik dhe Arkipelagun Žut–Sit, ku partnerët e projektit zhvilluan aktivitete në terren për monitorimin e habitateve bregdetare, shkëmbyen përvoja mbi ekosistemet e karbonit blu dhe u njohën me praktika të mira për mbrojtjen dhe menaxhimin e qëndrueshëm të zonave detare.

Vizita përfshiu gjithashtu Fortesën e Shën Nikollës, pjesë e Trashëgimisë Botërore të UNESCO-s, dhe Qendrën e Vizitorëve të Kanalit të Shën Antonit, ku u prezantuan zgjidhje inovative për mbrojtjen e livadheve të Posidonia oceanica dhe reduktimin e ndikimit të aktiviteteve njerëzore në ekosistemet detare.

Përmes projektit BLUEQ, partnerët vazhdojnë të forcojnë bashkëpunimin ndërkombëtar dhe të kontribuojnë në mbrojtjen e biodiversitetit detar dhe rritjen e kapacitetit për ruajtjen e karbonit blu.

(EN) 🌊 AULEDA successfully completed its participation in the BLUEQ Project field visit in Croatia!

From 7–9 July 2026, AULEDA joined project partners in the Žut–Sit Island Group and Šibenik, Croatia, where participants carried out fieldwork on coastal habitat monitoring, exchanged experiences on blue carbon ecosystems, and explored good practices for the sustainable management of marine protected areas.

The study visit also included the UNESCO-listed St. Nicholas' Fortress and the St. Anthony's Channel Visitor Centre, where experts presented innovative approaches for protecting Posidonia seagrass meadows and reducing human impacts on marine ecosystems.

Through activities like these, the BLUEQ Project continues to strengthen transnational cooperation and support innovative solutions for preserving coastal biodiversity and enhancing blue carbon storage.

📢 Përfundon dita e tretë e programit të trajnimit mbi Parimet ESG për NVM-të Shqiptare

Më 18 qershor 2026, në ambientet e Tirana Business Park, u zhvillua dita e tretë e programit të trajnimit “Trajnimi mbi Principet ESG – Politika/Direktiva”, në kuadër të projektit A4SUSTINNO – A distributed one stop shop FOR more Sustainable STartups and INNOvative SMEs.

Trajnimi u organizua nga ekspertët e MODUS Ltd. dhe mblodhi përfaqësues të ndërmarrjeve të vogla dhe të mesme shqiptare të interesuara për të forcuar praktikat e tyre të qëndrueshmërisë dhe për t’u përgatitur për kërkesat në rritje të tregut dhe legjislacionit europian në fushën e ESG-së.

Gjatë sesioneve të ditës së tretë, pjesëmarrësit trajtuan tema që lidhen me menaxhimin e shëndetit, sigurisë dhe mjedisit (HSE), masat parandaluese, menaxhimin e rrezikut dhe veprimet korrigjuese. Programi përfshiu gjithashtu diskutime të hapura me kompanitë pjesëmarrëse, shkëmbim përvojash dhe prezantim të dokumentacionit përkatës.

Trajnimi u përmbyll me prezantimin e hapave të mëtejshëm të projektit A4SUSTINNO dhe mbështetjes që do t’u ofrohet NVM-ve pjesëmarrëse.

(EN) 📢 Third Day of the ESG Principles Training Programme for Albanian SMEs Successfully Completed

On 18 June 2026, the third day of the training programme “ESG Principles Training – Policies/Directives” was held at Tirana Business Park in the framework of the project A4SUSTINNO – A distributed one stop shop FOR more Sustainable STartups and INNOvative SMEs.

The training was delivered by experts from MODUS Ltd. and brought together representatives of Albanian small and medium-sized enterprises interested in strengthening their sustainability practices and preparing for the increasing requirements of the European market and legislation related to ESG.

During the third-day sessions, participants explored topics related to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management, preventive measures, risk management and corrective actions. The programme also included open discussions with participating companies, exchange of experiences and presentation of relevant modules and documentation.

The training concluded with information on the next steps of the A4SUSTINNO project and the support that will continue to be provided to participating SMEs.

🍇Takim i frytshëm i zhvilluar diten e sotme me palët e interesuara në Bashkinë e Selenicës në kuadër të zbatimit të Projektit FLAVOR. projekt i financuar nga BE ne kuader te Programit Interreg Europe 2021-2027.

🍓Patëm një diskutim shumë tërheqës me stafin administrativ të bashkisë mbi produktet tipike lokale, praktikat më të mira për promovimin e tyre dhe kulturën e pasur ushqimore të fshatrave që përbëjnë Bashkinë e Selenicës.
🍎Ruajtja dhe promovimi i gastronomisë lokale është thelbësore për forcimin e identitetit lokal, mbështetjen e zhvillimit rural dhe krijimin e mundësive të reja për turizëm të qëndrueshëm.
🍷Festa e Veres dhe Rakise qe organizohet cdo vit eshte nje nder praktikat e mira te kesaj bashkie
📍Presim me padurim hapat e ardhshëm të bashkëpunimit tonë dhe për të sjellë më shumë dukshmëri për shijet unike të rajonit, nje kontribut i vlefshem per rishikimin e Planit Strategjik te Zhvillimit per Qarkun e Vlores.

🍓We had a very engaging discussion with the municipal administrative staff on local typical products, best practices for their promotion, and the rich food culture of the villages that make up the Municipality of Selenicë.

🍒Preserving and promoting local gastronomy is essential for strengthening local identity, supporting rural development, and creating new opportunities for sustainable tourism.

📍Looking forward to the next steps of our collaboration and to bringing greater visibility to the unique flavors of the region.

FLAVOR në Debrecen 🌍

Në datat 9-11 qershor 2026, AULEDA morri pjesë në vizitën studimore të projektit FLAVOR (Interreg Europe), e cila u zhvillua në Qarkun Hajdú-Bihar, Hungari!
Partnerë ndërkombëtarë u bënë bashkë për të eksploruar se si kultura ushqimore dhe agroturizmi i qëndrueshëm mund të nxisin zhvillimin e integruar rural, të fuqizojnë bizneset e vogla familjare dhe të ruajnë identitetin lokal.
Nga qendra e inovacionit në Debrecen e deri te zonat e pasura bujqësore, kjo vizitë ishte një mundësi e shkëlqyer për t'u njohur me disa nga shembujt më të mirë të ekselencës lokale:
• 🍏 Kopshti i Aventurave në Derecske – Bashkimi i bujqësisë inteligjente të pemishteve me gastronominë "nga ferma në tryezë".
• 🥃 Létavértes – Prodhimi tradicional me dru i rakisë (Pálinka) dhe përpunimi artizanal i rrepanit.
• 🔬 UniFood (Universiteti i Debrecenit) – Kthimi i shkencës së avancuar ushqimore në marka të shëndetshme për konsumatorët.

Eventi u përmbyll me seanca intensive punëtorish, të fokusuara në strategjitë për ndërtimin e rrjeteve më të forta mes prodhuesve ruralë dhe industrisë së mikpritjes urbane, si dhe për kthimin e agroturizmit në një rrugëtim karriere tërheqës për të rinjtë.

From June 9–11, we had the pleasure of participating in the FLAVOR project study visit held in Hajdú-Bihar County, Hungary!
International partners came together to explore how food culture and sustainable agritourism can drive integrated rural development, empower small family businesses, and preserve local identity.
From the innovation hub in Debrecen to the rich agricultural landscapes, the visit was an excellent opportunity to discover some of the best examples of local excellence:
🍏 Derecske Adventure Garden – Merging smart orchard farming with "farm-to-table" gastronomy.
🥃 Létavértes – Traditional, wood-fired brandy (Pálinka) production and artisanal horseradish processing.
🔬 UniFood (University of Debrecen) – Turning cutting-edge food science into healthy consumer brands.
🥕 Szender Garden (Ebes) – Excellent permaculture and community-focused agritourism practices.
🌌 Hortobágy – Preserving indigenous livestock breeds, crowned by a magical "astro-gastro" dinner experience.
The event concluded with intensive workshop sessions focused on strategies to build stronger networks between rural producers and the urban hospitality industry, as well as making agritourism an attractive career path for young people.

📍Sot ne zhvilluam me sukses seancen e dyte te ciklit te trajnimeve per ESG për Ndërmarrjet e Vogla dhe të Mesme (NVM) dhe Bizneset e Reja (Start-Up), i fokusuar në forcimin e kapacitetit të tyre për të integruar parimet Mjedisore, Sociale dhe Qeverisëse (ESG) në operacionet e tyre të biznesit dhe strategjitë afatgjata.

⛳️Trajnimi u zhvillua nga ekspertet tane te MODUS SH.P.K ne kuader te implementimit te Projektit A4SUSTINNO,

📍Pjesëmarrësit eksploruan tema kryesore duke përfshirë vlerësimin dhe menaxhimin e riskut, vlerësimin e ndikimit mjedisor, planifikimin e qëndrueshmërisë dhe zbatimin praktik të standardeve ESG në aktivitetet e përditshme të biznesit. Trajnimi u fokusua ne mësimin praktik përmes aplikimit te plotesimit te formulareve ne praktikë, shembujve nga jeta reale dhe praktikave më të mira të ndara nga ekspertët dhe pjesëmarrësit.

📍Si hap tjetër, NVM-të dhe bizneset e reja do të rishikojnë dhe përditësojnë planet e tyre të biznesit për të reflektuar më mirë kërkesat ESG, duke i ndihmuar ato të rrisin qëndrueshmërinë, të përmirësojnë performancën e qëndrueshmërisë dhe të rrisin atraktivitetin e tyre për investitorët, partnerët dhe tregjet.

Ndërtimi i bizneseve të qëndrueshme nuk ka të bëjë vetëm me pajtueshmërinë - ka të bëjë me krijimin e vlerës afatgjatë për kompanitë, komunitetet dhe mjedisin.

Today we successfully delivered an ESG Training for SMEs and Start-ups, focused on strengthening their capacity to integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into their business operations and long-term strategies.

Participants explored key topics including risk assessment and management, environmental impact evaluation, sustainability planning, and the practical application of ESG standards in daily business activities. The training emphasized hands-on learning through practical templates, real-life examples, and best practices shared by experts and participants.

As a next step, SMEs and start-ups will revise and update their business plans to better reflect ESG requirements, helping them enhance resilience, improve sustainability performance, and increase their attractiveness to investors, partners, and markets.

Building sustainable businesses is not only about compliance—it is about creating long-term value for companies, communities, and the environment.

Një Festë e Traditës dhe Inovacionit në Mallakastër

🍎Sot u zhvillua Masterklasa e fundit e organizuar në kuadër të projektit Routes4Culture Mallakastër, i financuar nga Agjencia Italiane për Bashkëpunim dhe Zhvillim (AICS). Kishim nderin të mirëprisnim përfaqësues nga Agjencia Italiane për Bashkëpunim dhe Zhvillim (AICS) dhe Delegacioni i Bashkimit Evropian në Shqipëri, të cilët na u bashkuan në këtë përvojë unike kulturore dhe gastronomike.

🍓Pjesëmarrësit patën mundësinë të zbulonin dhe të demonstronin përgatitjen e reçelit dhe glikos tradicionale, së bashku me një shumëllojshmëri ëmbëlsirash të përgatitura nga fruta të freskëta sezonale dhe reçele të përgatitura në shtëpi. Masterklasa tregoi se si produktet lokale mund të transformohen në përvoja gastronomike me vlerë të lartë, duke ruajtur teknikat autentike të përgatitjes të transmetuara brez pas brezi.

🍑Objektivi kryesor i këtij aktiviteti ishte promovimi i produkteve lokale, ruajtja e njohurive tradicionale dhe prezantimi i recetave tradicionale në një mënyrë moderne dhe tërheqëse që përmbush kërkesat bashkëkohore të tregut. Duke kombinuar trashëgiminë, kreativitetin dhe qëndrueshmërinë, synojmë të forcojmë lidhjen midis prodhuesve lokalë, turizmit dhe identitetit kulturor.

🍒Kjo masterklasë përmbyll një fazë të rëndësishme të projektit, ndërsa udhëtimi vazhdon. Aktivitetet e ardhshme do të përqendrohen në Planin e Qëndrueshmërisë, duke siguruar që njohuritë, partneritetet dhe mundësitë e krijuara përmes Routes4Culture Mallakastër do të vazhdojnë të gjenerojnë përfitime për komunitetet lokale në vitet në vijim.

🍎A Sweet Celebration of Tradition and Innovation in Mallakastër

🍒Today marked the final Masterclass organized under the Routes4Culture Mallakastër project, financed by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS). We were honored to welcome representatives from Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) and the Delegation of the European Union to Albania, who joined us in this unique cultural and gastronomic experience.

🍍Participants had the opportunity to discover and demonstrate the preparation of traditional jem and gliko, along with a variety of desserts made from fresh seasonal fruits and homemade preserves. The masterclass showcased how local products can be transformed into high-value gastronomic experiences while preserving authentic preparation techniques passed down through generations.

🍑The main objective of this activity was to promote local products, safeguard traditional knowledge, and present traditional recipes in a modern and attractive way that meets contemporary market demands. By combining heritage, creativity, and sustainability, we aim to strengthen the connection between local producers, tourism, and cultural identity.

🍇This masterclass concludes an important phase of the project, while the journey continues. The next activities will focus on the Sustainability Plan, ensuring that the knowledge, partnerships, and opportunities created through Routes4Culture Mallakastër will continue to generate benefits for local communities in the years ahead.
