Qeskta plastike dhe ndikimi negativ i tyre ne mjedis!
Nje fakt i thjeshte:
Vetem ne Oqeanin Atlantik grumullohen rreth 300 milion qeska plastike ne vit!
Kjo sasi eshte vetem nje pjeses e vogel e rreth me shume se 500 miliard qeskave qe perdoren cdo vit ne gjithe boten.
Po sa te rrezikshme jane qeskat plastike?
- Qeskat plastike permbajne element toksike shume te demshme per te gjitha qeniet e gjalla, perfshire njerezit, kafshet, shpendet, bimet dhe natyren.
- As diegia dhe as groposja e tyre nuk eshte zgjidhje, pasi te gjitha kimikatet toksike te platikes clirohen gjate diegies duke ndotur ajrin dhe duke shkaktuar crregullime serioze per frymarrjen e njeriut dhe qenieve te tjera te gjalla.
- Groposja e tyre, sigurisht qe nuk eshte zgjidhje pasi duhen qindra vjet qe plastika te shperbehet, dhe perseri, gjate shperberjes plastika leshon gjithe substancat toksike ne t**e, duke e helmuar ate, ujin dhe gjithcka te gjalle qe gjendet ne t**e.
- Riciklimi ndihmon por nuk e zgjidh problemin, megjithate eshte nje menyre per te pakesuar ndotjen.

Cfare mund te behet?

1. E para dhe kryesorja eshte qe secili person ne vetvete te jete i pergjegjshem dhe i mireinformuar per demin e madh qe shkaktojne qeskat plastike ne shendetin e njeriut, vetes se tyre, femijeve, qenieve te gjalla, natyres, etj;
2. Reduktimi i perdorimit te qeskave plastike duke perdorur zymbylat eshte menyra me e mire per te mbrojtur veten dhe natyren nga helmimi prej qeskave plastike;
3. Perdorimi i qeskave te degradueshem eshte nje alternative tjeter qe ndihmon ne reduktimin e perdorimit te qeskave te pa degradueshme.
4. Sigurisht edhe riciklimi i plastikes eshte nje alternative e keshillueshme, por pa e perzier me materiale te tjera, por duke e ndare qe ne shtepi.

Le te japim ndihmesen tone te gjithe si qytetare, dhe te mos presim vetem nga pushteti lokal apo qendror qe ti bejne te gjitha ata. Ne duhet te tregojme respekt per natyren dhe veten tone perpara se te kerkojme qe te tjeret ta bejne per ne.

Zaptimi i hapësirave publike, përveçse është një shkelje flagrante e shfrytëzimit/ dhe përfitimt pa të drejtë nga hapësirat publike nga cilido person/ organ I qeverisjes qendrore apo vendore, është edhe nje mëndësi arkaike, denigruese dhe mercenare e cila ndrydh dhe kufizon liritë themelore dhe të drejtat e njeriut!
Fatkeqësisht është një trendy/ model të shëmtuar që po përhapet jo vetëm ne vendet diktatoriale por edhe në vendet me kulturë e traditë demokratike. Hapësira publike, po trajtohet si një plaçkë, nga e cila mund të përfitohet lehtësisht, pa asnjë investim nga ata që pretendojnë se e "posedojnë", dmth nga pushteti lokal ose qendror, në bashkëpunim me bizneset private, në kurriz/dëm të qytetarëve.
Është një fenomen, që duhet të marrë fund njëherë e përgjithmonë, e për këtë duhet diskutim I gjerë ndërkombetar për të mos degjeneruar çdo vlerë humane, demokratike dhe për të mos mohuar një të drejtë të të gjithëve për të patur akses pa kufizim monetar në hapësirat publike.

Since mid May 2026, AIC activists are among other thousands of protesters that have began first in the Albanian village of Zvërnec, near the Narta Lagoon/ Vlora Municipality. The protests, which became popularly known as the Flamingo Revolution (Albanian: Revolucioni i Flamingove), were first triggered by the debatable decision of Albanian government to hand over a considerable piece of land in Zvërnec to foreign or national investors.
The initial idea was to construct a luxury tourism developments linked to the Sazan Island and Zvërnec resort project, which was largely opposed by environmental organization and nature lovers in Albania. Protesters and local residents, that started this nationwide movement later, objected not only to the proposed development, but also process involving protected-area legislation, disputed land ownership, unpublished or contested permits, private security, and limited public consultation.
After many days of peaceful protests being organized by local and national NGOs in the site where construction has began and the area was fenced and protected with private security guard, the sparkle was done where private security guard, dragged and violented a land owner person that was protesting peacefully among others.
That happened on May 30, and since that day, the protest was spread nationwide and in every other country worldwide, where Albanian community lives, like UK, Germany, Switzerland, France, Greece, Australia, Italy, Spain, Canada, USA etc

Aarhus Centre of Vlora, supports from the day one this protest because the decision of Albanian government, both national and local ones, breaches brutally the Aarhus Convention pillars:
- Access to information
- public participation
- access to justice in environmental matters.

Since Albania has approved the Aarhus Convention back in 1998, the convention it's now part of Albanian legislation.
furthermore there is a pure violation of law 146 of the year 2014: "For informing and public consultation" especially for the persons, land owners and groups of interests that impacted directly by such permanent investment in a protected area.
Aarhus Centre of Vlora stands on the side of people who respect the legislation and demands the respect of Aarhus Convention pillars in any public or private investment that has impact on the environment.

Minimumi qe duhet te prononcoheshin strukturat drejtuese te ketij nocioni gjeografik do ishte:
"Si te marrim masa per te parandaluar dhe minimizuar demet me qellim qe ndodhi te tilla te mos perseriten"
Mirepo cfare ndodh?!

Ne cdo breg deti, nga Shkodra ne Saranda, gjithkush veren shume cadra, jashtezakonisht shume cadra. Po krijohet kultura e zaptimit, makuterise e grykesise pa limit
Ne nje shoqeri qe eshte e cdo shtetasi, e qe funksionon normalisht, cdo subjekt duhet te ofroj sherbimin e hotelerise dhe kulinarine brenda ambienteve te tij
Ndersa plazhi, rera dhe gjithe hapesira e bregut te detit eshte prone ezotit dhe e popullit, pra u perket te gjitheve.
Ajo hapesire publike nuk eshte prone as e privatit e as e Bashkise qe ta leshoje me qera tek subjektet private, kundrejt nje tarife qe kurre nuk dihet se ku investohet e per cfare qellimi ne te mire te publikohet.
Kjo hapesire publike detyrimisht duhet lene e lire komplet dhe sigurisht qe kush do cader dhe shezllone, ose mund ti marr me vete ose subjekti mund ta ofroje, por ti kete ato ne brendesi te rritorit te tij pra brenda godines dhe vete pushuesi e vendos cadren dhe shezllonin ne breg te detit
Se keshtu duket si nje detyrim dhe imponim per te huazuar me zor ambientin publik te zaptuat nga Bashkia ne bashkepunim me subjectet private.
