The Youth Atlantic Treaty Association (YATA) of Albania is a network of young professionals and academics who are interested in international security policies. YATA International is the umbrella organization for a network of young and politically motivated leaders in 38 countries as it is YATA Albania so- called national chapter. We focus on dynamic youth engagement and transatlantic cooperation

in areas of international security and defense through debate and education, volunteering, open dialogue, developing the leadership skills by engagement of the youth in opinion making and network building between policy makers and civil society. On December 4th, 2024, the ATA delegation and thei
respective youth sections visited the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE), in , as part of ATA’s 70th General Assembly.
Key highlights of the visit:
• Briefing on the Concept for Deterrence and Defense of the Euro-Atlantic Area
• Presentation of the Strategic Warfighting Headquarters
• Discussion on current operations
• Analysis of cyber and hybrid threats
• Updates on NATO partnerships and strategic communication
