Vizioni: Kongresi Rinor Kombëtar synon të jetë platforma rinore që përfaqëson zërin e të rinjve Shqiptarë mbi problematikat rinore dhe zgjidhjet potenciale, duke ndërmarrë veprime të përbashkëta dhe konkrete që ndikojnë në proceset politikë-bërëse dhe vendim-marrëse kudo në vend. National Youth Congress comes as a living organism, which always welcomes individuals / potential youth organisations committed to the same objectives. Expressly in this context it does not matter relevant orientation political, ideological or religious groups. Determinant is the desire of participants to contribute actively and with a sense of being a community in addressing key issues of Albanian youth. Vision: National Youth Congress aims to be the platform that represents the voice of young Albanians on youth issues and potential solutions, taking joint actions and concrete impact on policy-making processes and decision-making across the country.

Albanian youth voices belong in European conversations! 🇪🇺

The National Youth Congress of Albania is proud to serve as an Observer Member of the President’s Youth Advisory Board, represented by our members Enia Hoxha and Sidrita Peci. Through this role, we contribute to strengthening the voice of young people from Albania and the Western Balkans in discussions on the future of Europe. ✨

Our member Enia Hoxha took part in the meeting of the President’s Youth Advisory Board, an initiative of the European Commission that brings young people closer to EU policymaking.

For the National Youth Congress of Albania, this participation is important because Albania’s European path must include the ideas, concerns and energy of young people. It is also a reminder that youth from candidate countries should not only follow EU processes, but actively help shape them.

We are proud to see voices from our network contributing to discussions on democracy, youth policy and Europe’s future. 💙

Because Europe’s future is not only discussed in institutions.
It is shaped by young people! 🌍

“Culture Can Make It” is not just a project for NYC. 🌍
It represents our vision of how democracy should move forward through culture, participation, local voices, and spaces where communities can imagine change together. ✨

That is why, from Shkodra to Elbasan and Vlora, conversations around culture brought forward the idea that culture has the power to create spaces for dialogue, participation, and local transformation. 🗣️🎭

Local actors, young people, organizations, and institutions shared the challenges, needs, and potential of their communities, from the lack of cultural spaces to the need for stronger cooperation and greater support for local initiatives. 🤝

These conversations are not staying only as reflections. They are shaping what comes next. 🔄

So, stay tuned as we take one step closer to supporting local cultural initiatives. 🚀

Disinformation & media literacy at the Mid-Term Conference! 📢💡
From the late autumn kick-off in Tirana 🇦🇱 to the spring mid-term conference in Tivat 🇲🇪, the journey of the continues to be inspiring ✨
The Albanian Working Group, co-chaired by and , joined partners from across the Western Balkans 🌍 to share the progress made so far in tackling disinformation and strengthening media literacy.

In Albania, the work is focusing on 🤖, online research practices 🔍, and raising awareness among young people about digital communication 📱
It is encouraging to see how different perspectives across the region are converging toward the same goal of building a more responsible digital space for the nextgen 🚀
