Available face-to-face and online training is related to business planning and models, marketing, prototype development, go-to-market strategies, sales management, raising finance and team dynamics, as well as other relevant disciplines. Information technology is the preferred orientation field, however, other innovative ideas are also welcomed and encouraged. Goals

Our Story

Oficina is the leading integrator of youth, startups and innovative businesses, aiding the economic growth, youth employability, visibility and prosperity of Albania. Oficina was founded in 2015 and designed with the objective of helping entrepreneurs and Albanian startups build successful and sustainable businesses, grow the entrepreneurial ecosystem and support policy making in the country and beyond. Oficina was the first accelerator for digital startups in the country and is still the largest organisation by the number of startups served, location seize and partners engaged in the ecosystem.

Our first acceleration program happened in 2016 and, during the past 4 years, we have played an important role in the development of the Albanian digital ecosystem, with thousands of hours invested in hundreds of entrepreneurial activities around Albania. We have evaluated more than 400 startups in our selection process and accelerated 72 of them. In the 5 accelerated cohorts we support 150+ entrepreneurs, who spent months working side by side with the team and took their new experience and learning to their business ventures. Many of these companies have achieved excellent results, with cases of successful product launches in specific industries, internationalisation, attracting investments and growth.

In 2020, we created Innovation Academy, an online platform focused on empowering new entrepreneurs by offering access to all the knowledge and experience accumulated in our acceleration programs.
