Do you work with young people and feel curious about trying a different approach?

Games for Change is an international learning programme for youth workers, educators, teachers, librarians and CSO staff from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy and Romania.

You will explore social role-playing games as a practical method for youth work: how they create space for conversation, how to facilitate them online and how to adapt them to your own community.

You will learn alongside colleagues from the four countries, then work in a small facilitation team to organise sessions with young people from your community. There will also be an opportunity to take part in an international session connecting young people across borders.

The programme is expected to run online from 12 October to 30 November 2026. No previous experience with role-playing games is needed.

KMD dënon çdo formë dhune, poshtërimi, bullizmi, nxitjeje të urrejtjes apo sjelljeje denigruese ndaj fëmijëve dhe të rinjve. Asnjë konflikt, situatë personale apo marrëdhënie shoqërore nuk mund të justifikojë dhunën fizike, psikologjike apo ekspozimin publik të viktimës.

Në raste të tilla, është thelbësore që institucionet përgjegjëse të veprojnë me shpejtësi, profesionalizëm dhe në respekt të interesit më të lartë të fëmijës, duke garantuar mbrojtje, mbështetje psikologjike dhe trajtim të përshtatshëm për të gjithë të miturit e përfshirë.

Komisioneri bën thirrje që këto pamje të mos shpërndahen më tej, pasi ripublikimi i tyre rrezikon riviktimizimin e fëmijës dhe cenon dinjitetin e saj.

Dhuna nuk është zgjidhje. Edukimi, përgjegjësia, respekti dhe reagimi institucional janë rruga për të mbrojtur fëmijët dhe për të ndërtuar një shoqëri pa diskriminim, pa bullizëm dhe pa dhunë.

The regional training "Inclusion Coordinators Across Borders” for youth workers from non-governmental organizations from Western Balkan countries was held in Kopaonik, Serbia during the period of June 6- June 12, 2026, hosted by the Association "People's Parliament"

The event brought together 60 youth workers committed to further develop their competencies in working with young people with fewer opportunities Youth workers worked together, shared tools and practices for making youth projects more inclusive, developed inclusive projects and support budgets, and participated in study visits that provided practical tools for designing and implementing future youth work initiatives focused in young people with fewer opportunities and NEET youth (not in Employment, Education, or Training).

Recognizing the need for coordinated action, the regional network “Inclusion Coordinators Across Borders” was established to strengthen cooperation, knowledge exchange, and support for inclusive youth work across the region.

The regional training "Inclusion Coordinators Across Borders” is part of the project “Not Neat to be NEET” implemented by the consortium members from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania and Kosovo funded by the European Union, under Erasmus + Program.







. Trajnimi rajonal “Koordinatorët e Përfshirjes Përtej Kufijve” për punonjësit rinorë nga organizatat jofitimprurëse të vendeve të Ballkanit Perëndimor u mbajt në Kopaonik, Serbi, në periudhën 6–12 qershor 2026, organizuar nga shoqata “People’s Parliament”.

Aktiviteti mblodhi 60 punonjës rinorë të angazhuar për të zhvilluar më tej kompetencat e tyre në punën me të rinjtë me më pak mundësi. Punonjësit rinorë punuan së bashku, shkëmbyen ide dhe praktika për t’i bërë projektet rinore më gjithëpërfshirëse, zhvilluan projekt ide dhe buxhete gjithëpërfshirëse, si dhe morën pjesë në vizita studimore që ofruan mjete praktike për hartimin dhe zbatimin e nismave të ardhshme të punës rinore të fokusuara te të rinjtë me më pak mundësi dhe te të rinjtë NEET (që nuk janë në punësim, arsim apo trajnim).

Duke njohur nevojën për veprim të koordinuar, u themelua rrjeti rajonal “Koordinatorët e Përfshirjes Përtej Kufijve”, me qëllim forcimin e bashkëpunimit, shkëmbimit të njohurive dhe mbështetjes për punën rinore gjithëpërfshirëse në të gjithë rajonin.

Trajnimi rajonal “Koordinatorët e Përfshirjes Përtej Kufijve” është pjesë e projektit “Not Neat to be NEET”, i zbatuar nga konsorciumi i organizatave nga Serbia, Bosnja dhe Hercegovina, Mali i Zi, Shqipëria dhe Kosova, i financuar nga Bashkimi Evropian në kuadër të Programit Erasmus+. # Përfshirje. # Ndryshim # Edukimjoformal.

The camp will be an interactive space for discussion, exchange, and creativity among youth workers, educators, and young people from four European countries: Italy, Romania, Albania, and Bosnia & Herzegovina.
Participants will have the opportunity to explore four educational games that address different topics such as Mental Health, Sports, Culture, and Media Communication, developed within the framework of the Games 4 Change project supported by European Union.
The online camp will be held in English and will be divided into 5 sessions. You may choose the session(s) you would like to attend.
