Barvalipe School Albania - “Vi Me Som Akate” aims to build a community consisted of capable, knowledgeable and proud young Roma - high professionals, ready to become exceptional Roma leaders that will Lead People, Lead Organizations and Lead Policies in Albania. In parallel, the project aims to instil winning leadership attitudes at the Roma community, political and NGO leaders for collective purp
oses by gradually burying the inferiority feeling and strengthen the understanding of community power. It is the finest system that can contribute to build a core of Roma professionals, Intellectuals and leaders that can grow into change-makers and promote integrity. With its anticipated activities in total length of three years, it offers very direct and exclusive opportunity to develop individually and as a group, both towards becoming capable Roma leaders but also towards developing a group that will share common purpose.
