🍎🍒 OPEN DAY – DIBËR
Me mbështetjen e GIZ, u organizua një Open Day në Dibër, kushtuar teknologjive moderne në frutikulturë dhe zgjidhjeve praktike për përmirësimin e prodhimit dhe përshtatjen ndaj ndryshimeve klimatike.
Në aktivitet morën pjesë fermerë dhe specialistë nga Dibra, Kosova dhe Maqedonia e Veriut, përfaqësues të GIZ, si dhe specialistë nga AREB Dibër, AREB Korçë dhe Bashkia Dibër.
Gjatë vizitave në terren u prezantuan dhe diskutuan praktika konkrete që po testohen në fermë, me fokus në:
• Fertigimin e 🍎 mollës dhe🍒 qershisë;
• Monitorimin dhe menaxhimin e ujitjes;
• Përdorimin e të dhënave 🌦️agro-klimatike për mbrojtjen e prodhimit.
Ndërhyrjet pilot në Korçë dhe Dibër po japin rezultate konkrete:
✅ 3–4 trajtime më pak me pesticide te fermerët që përdorin informacionin meteorologjik dhe modelet e parashikimit të sëmundjeve
✅ 18–20% kursim të plehrave minerale përmes fertigimit
✅ 40–45% më pak punë për aplikimin e plehrave
✅ Monitorim pothuajse në kohë reale të dëmtuesve dhe paralajmërim më i hershëm për ngricat e sëmundjet
Më pak inpute. Vendimmarrje më e mirë. Prodhim frutor më rezistent ndaj klimës.
🤝 Shkëmbimi i eksperiencave dhe demonstrimet praktike në fermë kontribuojnë në përhapjen e teknologjive moderne dhe në rritjen e qëndrueshmërisë së prodhimit frutor.

With the support of GIZ, was organised an Open Day in Dibër dedicated to modern technologies in fruit production and practical solutions to improve production and adapt to climate change.
The event brought together farmers and specialists from Dibër, Kosovo and North Macedonia, representatives of GIZ, as well as specialists from AREB Dibër, AREB Korçë and the Municipality of Dibër.
During the field visits, practical approaches currently being tested on farms were presented and discussed, with a focus on:
• Fertigation of 🍎 apple and 🍒 cherry orchards;
• Irrigation monitoring and management;
• Use of 🌦️ agro-climatic data to protect fruit production.
Pilots in Korçë and Dibër are showing real results:
✅ 3–4 fewer pesticide treatments among farmers using weather and disease-warning services
✅ 18–20% savings in mineral fertilizers through fertigation
✅ 40–45% less labour for fertilizer application
✅ Near-real-time pest monitoring and earlier warnings for frost and disease risks
Fewer inputs. Better timing. More climate-resilient fruit production.
🤝 The exchange of experience and practical field demonstrations contribute to the dissemination of modern technologies and to increasing the resilience and sustainability of fruit production.
