CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
PROCUREMENT OF SCHOOL BAGS, SCHOOL SUPPLIES AND CHILDREN’S BOOKS
Project: “Promoting Inclusion and Diversity at ‘Naim Frasheri’ School”

1. BACKGROUND
T’REJA Center invites qualified suppliers to submit an Expression of Interest and financial offer for the supply of school bags, school supplies and children’s books within the framework of the project “Promoting Inclusion and Diversity at ‘Naim Frasheri’ School”, funded by the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany. The project aims to promote the values and quality of education at “Naim Frasheri” School, encourage greater student participation, promote diversity, and contribute to an inclusive and supportive school environment. The planned intervention includes activities involving children and parents, regardless of their ethnic background.
2. OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT
T’REJA center intends to procure the following goods:

The supplier shall ensure that the proposed products are appropriate for the specified age groups and meet reasonable quality standards.
3. SCOPE OF SUPPLY
The selected supplier will be responsible for:
• Supplying all requested goods in the quantities specified above;
• Ensuring that the products are new and of appropriate quality;
• Providing products suitable for the relevant age groups;
• Coordinating the delivery of the goods with T’REJA;
• Delivering all goods within the agreed delivery period;
• Providing a legally valid and fiscally compliant invoice.
4. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested suppliers must:
• Be legally registered and authorized to conduct the relevant commercial activity in Albania;
• Have an active NIPT/business registration;
• Have an active bank account with a second-tier bank operating in Albania;
• Demonstrate the capacity to supply and deliver the requested goods within the required timeframe;
5. DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED
Interested suppliers should submit:
1. Copy of the NIPT/business registration document;
2. Bank account details;
3. Financial offer for the requested goods;
4. Any other supporting information that the supplier considers relevant to demonstrate its capacity to fulfil the contract.
6. FINANCIAL OFFER
The financial offer should clearly indicate:
• Quantity;
• Total offered price;
• VAT, where applicable;
• Total amount including VAT, where applicable;
• Currency of the offer
The financial offer must cover all costs necessary for the delivery of the requested goods to the agreed location.
T’REJA Center has not specified a budget ceiling in this Call for Expressions of Interest. Suppliers are therefore requested to submit their best and most competitive financial offer.
7. EVALUATION AND SELECTION
Offers will be evaluated on the basis of:
• Compliance with the requested specifications and quantities;
• Supplier’s eligibility and capacity to deliver the requested goods;
• Quality and suitability of the proposed products;
• Delivery timeframe;
• Overall price and value for money
T’REJA will select the supplier offering the best value for money, taking into account both the quality and suitability of the proposed goods and the financial offer. The lowest price alone will not necessarily constitute the sole basis for selection. T’REJA reserves the right to request clarification or additional supporting documentation from suppliers where necessary for the evaluation process.
8. DELIVERY
The selected supplier shall deliver the requested goods during the following period:
07 August 2026 – 31 August 2026
The exact delivery arrangements will be agreed with the selected supplier following the award decision.
9. SUBMISSION OF OFFERS

🇦🇱 | Partneritet i ri me Qendra Treja!

Ambasadori Bergner nënshkroi dje me znj. Ferdiola Tare nga Qendra Treja një marrëveshje financimi për një projekt të ri. Ky projekt synon të promovojë përfshirjen në shkollën "Naim Frashëri" në Korçë, dhe do t'i sjellë dobi veçanërisht pakicës egjiptiane dhe asaj rome.

Aktivitetet e projektit përfshijnë blerjen e librave për fëmijë për bibliotekën e shkollës, si edhe organizimin e veprimtarive gjithëpërfshirëse, si panaire kulturore, festivale të ushqimeve tradicionale, ekspozita arti dhe artizanati, si dhe ditë të hapura në shkollë.

Mësuesit do të marrin gjithashtu trajnime mbi praktikat jodiskriminuese. Qëllimi është krijimi i mjediseve të sigurta arsimore, ku të gjitha komunitetet të mund të ndërveprojnë në kushte të barabarta.

I urojmë Qendrës Treja dhe të gjithë bashkëpunëtorëve në shkollën "Naim Frashëri" shumë suksese në zbatimin e këtij projekti të ri!

🇩🇪 | Neue Partnerschaft mit dem Treja Center!

Botschafter Bergner hat gestern mit Ferdiola Tare vom Treja Center einen Zuwendungsvertrag für ein neues Projekt unterzeichnet. Dieses fördert die Inklusion an der Naim-Frasheri-Schule in Korca und kommt somit insbesondere der ägyptischen und Roma-Minderheit zugute.

Zu den Aktivitäten zählt die Anschaffung von Kinderbüchern für die Bibliothek sowie die Organisation inklusiver Veranstaltungen wie Kulturmessen, traditioneller Lebensmittelfestivals, Kunst- und Handwerksausstellungen und Tage der offenen Schule.

Die Lehrkräfte erhalten zudem Schulungen zu diskriminierungsfreien Praktiken. Ziel sind sichere Bildungsräume, in denen Gemeinschaften zu gleichen Bedingungen miteinander interagieren können.

Wir wünschen dem Treja Center und allen Beteiligten an der Naim-Frasheri-Schule viel Erfolg mit dem neuen Projekt!

Të flesh mbi dafina!
Lajmi për humbjen e jetës së një 7-vjecari, i aksidentuar në kërkim të lëmoshës duhej të ishtë një këmbanë e fortë alarmi dhe zgjimi nga gjumi letargjik i të gjithëve ne. Përgjegjësia bie mbi prindërit, drejtuesit e mjeteve, institucioneve shtetërore dhe mbi ne si qytetarë.
Sigurisht ka një mungesë të kordinimit ndërinstitucional për integrimin e familjeve në nevojë, mungesë të zbatimit të politikave të hartuara, disproporcion mes buxhetit të parashikuar për ofrimin e bursave për edukimin e fëmijëve dhe numrit të aplikimeve. Lista e masave që duhen ndërmarrë është e pafund.
Lidhur me drejtuesit e mjeteve ka nevojë urgjentë për ndërhyrje duke marrë parasysh aksidentet e përditshme që po ndodhin dhe po marrin jetë njërëzish.
Megjithatë përgjegjësia kryesore është e qytetarëve që po jetojnë përditë ngjarje që edhe kinematë botërore nuk i kanë shfaqur nëpër filma. Është e frikshme të lexosh komentet dhe qëndrimet e pjesës dërrmuese, të cilët bëjnë me faj 7-vjecarin.
Disa janë të bezdisur që ka shumë lypësa nëpër rrugë. Këta janë ata njërëz që nuk bezdisen nga varfëria, por nga i varfëri që sipas tyre ka zgjedhur të jëtë i tillë. Se me thënë të drejtën, në vendin tonë, mundësitë e punësimit janë shumë të larta, vecanërisht për grupet vulnerabël!
Disa të tjerë, thonë që duhet të miratohet një ligj, për mos të lejuar romët të lindin shumë fëmijë. A thua se fëmijët që po humbasin jetën nga aksidentet rrugore, nga sistemi shëndetësor apo nga sherret nëpër shkolla janë vetëm romë. Po për ato nëna që ju është vrarë i vetmi fëmijë që ka patur (ose ka patur vetëm dy), cfarë ligji të miratohet?!
Katëgoria tjetër janë ekspertët e ekonomisë që nuk duan të hartohen politika për ofrimin e bursave, ndihmës ekonomike apo mbështetjeve të tjera financiare për familjet në nevojë, sepse kanë hall që po shpërdorohen taksat e tyre. Ketyre nuk ke as c’tju thuash se nuk janë në gjendje të bëjnë as dallimin mes vjedhjes dhe shpërdorimit të vërtetë. Mjafton t’ju urosh të udhëtojnë njëhërë për në juglindje gjatë këtyre ditëve!
Për ta mbyllur, për aq kohë sa flemë mbi dafina, askush nuk do të mbajë përgjegjësi, qoftë edhe për humbjen e një jete. Edhe kur të na trokasë në derë ky hall, sërish do të heshtim për fat të keq!
