You can’t solve a problem if you only focus on the symptoms. 🪵🔍

In our training sessions, we use the Conflict Tree tool to help young people dig past the visible “leaves” of community issues and map out the structural “roots” beneath them. When we understand the invisible causes, like resource gaps or tokenistic policies, we can co-design real, lasting solutions.

The Prevention Pillar of the is about going “upstream.” We address the root causes of tension, like social exclusion and lack of opportunity, before they turn into conflict.

By investing in youth resilience and social cohesion now, we aren’t just managing the present; we are securing the future.

The Partnership Pillar (Pillar III) of the UNSCR 2250 agenda moves beyond basic involvement and establishes a professional ecosystem where youth and institutions work as equals. This strategy emphasizes that youth organizations are not just “helpers,” but essential partners who provide the local expertise and creative agility needed for sustainable peace and security.

Peace starts in the classroom. 🏫✨

We sat down with educators in Pogradec from our Youth 360 workshops to discuss one vital mission: bringing the Youth, Peace, and Security (YPS) agenda into local schools.

Our teachers are proving that they aren’t just delivering lessons, they are shaping the responsible citizens of tomorrow. From modeling “positive peace” to fostering empathy, the classroom is where collaboration takes root.

Swipe through ➡️to read their insights on:
•Why peace education is more than just theory.
•The power of a teacher’s influence.
•Moving from instructors to role models for peace.

As part of , we believe empowering educators is key to making Resolution 2250 a local reality.

We thank you for their collaboration and willingness to join the move.
