Project Successfully Completed! IRCA, in partnership with the Center for Gender Justice in Albania (CGJA), has successfully concluded the project “Amplifying the Voices of Roma Women and Girls to Address and Report Corruption in Tirana Municipality.”
Through research, capacity-building workshops, peer-led community engagement, dialogue with local decision-makers, and awareness-raising activities, the project strengthened the knowledge, confidence and participation of Roma women and girls in promoting integrity, transparency and accountability.
A key message remains beyond the project: Roma women and girls are not only beneficiaries—they are active agents of change, whose voices and participation matter in building more transparent, accountable and inclusive public services.
