Një nismë e re ka mbështetur 30 individë nga komunitetet Rome dhe Egjiptiane përmes një skeme vetëpunësimi në Tregun e Rrobave të Përdorura në Shkozë, duke u ofruar rroba cilësore, mentorim dhe mbështetje të vazhdueshme.
Në aktivitet morën pjesë përfaqësues të institucioneve qendrore, vendore dhe partnerëve të projektit, të cilët theksuan rëndësinë e fuqizimit ekonomik dhe përfshirjes sociale.
Projekti Inclusive EduJobs zbatohet nga OSFA, Bashkia Tiranë dhe KMOP, dhe financohet nga Bashkimi Evropian.

A new initiative has supported 30 individuals from the Roma and Egyptian communities through a self-employment scheme at the Shkoza Secondhand Clothes Market, providing quality goods, mentoring, and ongoing support. Institutional representatives from central and local authorities, as well as project partners, highlighted the importance of economic empowerment and social inclusion.
The Inclusive EduJobs project is implemented by OSFA, the Municipality of Tirana, and KMOP, and is funded by the European Union.

Përmes Skemës së Vetëpunësimit të projektit Inclusive EduJobs Project dhe Programit të Vetëpunësimit të AKPA, anëtarët e komuniteteve Rome dhe Egjiptiane kanë marrë mbështetje konkrete për të kthyer idetë e tyre në biznese funksionale dhe të qëndrueshme.
Në kuadër të projektit organizatat zbatuese të nën-granteve kanë arritur të mbështesin 108 individë për të aksesuar fonde qeveritare, ndërsa 114 janë trajnuar për të menaxhuar dhe zhvilluar biznese. Si rezultat, 30 biznese të reja vetëpunësimi në katër bashki në Shqipëri, janë krijuar në fusha të ndryshme ekonomike, duke sjellë punësim, pavarësi financiare dhe shpresë në komunitet.
Këto arritje tregojnë se përmes trajnimit, mentorimit dhe qasjes në mbështetje publike, vetëpunësimi mund të bëhet një rrugë reale drejt fuqizimit social dhe ekonomik.

Through the Self-Employment Scheme of the Inclusive EduJobs Project and the Self-Employment Program of AKPA, members of the Roma and Egyptian communities have received concrete support to turn their ideas into functional and sustainable businesses.
Within the project, the organizations implementing the sub-grants have supported 108 individuals to access government funding, while 114 have been trained in business management and development. As a result, 30 new self-employment businesses have been established across four municipalities in Albania, in various economic sectors, bringing employment, financial independence, and hope to the community.
These achievements demonstrate that through training, mentoring, and access to public support, self-employment can become a genuine pathway toward social and economic empowerment.

Përmes Skemës së Ndërmarrjeve Sociale, 55 individë nga komunitetet Rome dhe Egjiptiane kanë gjetur mundësi të reja punësimi dhe zhvillimi profesional, që tashmë kontribuojnë aktivisht në jetën ekonomike dhe sociale të komuniteteve të tyre.

Vendet e punës janë krijuar në fusha me ndikim të drejtpërdrejtë në komunitet, si riciklimi, shërbime për të moshuarit dhe fëmijët, pastrim dhe mirëmbajtje, si edhe punime artizanale. Në total, 7 organizata janë mbështetur për të krijuar ose forcuar modele të qëndrueshme biznesi që sjellin ndikim afatgjatë, përkatësisht në bashkitë Tiranë, Elbasan, Shkodër dhe Vlorë.

Inclusive Edujobs ka shërbyer më shumë se një projekt, ka ndërtuar ura midis inovacionit social dhe përfshirjes, duke treguar se kur jepen mundësi të barabarta, ndryshimi është i prekshëm dhe i qëndrueshëm.

Through the Social Enterprise Scheme, 55 individuals from Roma and Egyptian communities have found new opportunities for employment and professional development; now actively contributing to the economic and social life of their communities.

Jobs have been created in fields with direct community impact, including recycling, care services for the elderly and children, cleaning and maintenance, and handicrafts.
In total, 7 organizations have been supported to create or strengthen sustainable business models that generate long-term social impact across the municipalities of Tirana, Elbasan, Shkodra, and Vlora.

Inclusive EduJobs has been more than just a project. It has built bridges between social innovation and inclusion, proving that when equal opportunities are given, change becomes stability and lasting.

Në kuadër të projektit , është zbatuar nisma “Kthim në shkollë – Arsim për të gjithë fëmijët”, e fokusuar në mbështetjen e nxënësve nga komunitetet Rome dhe Egjiptiane përmes bursave dhe fuqizimit të bashkëpunimit midis shkollës, familjes dhe institucioneve vendore.
Në bashkëpunim me 8 shkolla dhe 56 profesionistë të arsimit, mbi 150 prindër janë informuar mbi mundësitë për bursa, ndërsa 65 fëmijë përfituan mbështetje financiare, që u mundësoi vazhdimin e shkollës dhe përmirësimin e rezultateve. 90% e përfituesve ndjekin rregullisht shkollën, duke treguar ndikimin pozitiv të projektit në uljen e braktisjes së shkollës.

As part of the project, the initiative “Kthim në Shkollë – Arsim për të gjithë fëmijët” was implemented to support students from Roma and Egyptian communities through school scholarships and by strengthening collaboration between schools, families, and local institutions.
In cooperation with 8 schools and 56 education professionals, more than 150 parents were informed about scholarship opportunities, while 65 children received financial support, enabling them to continue their education and improve their academic performance. 90% of the beneficiaries now attend school regularly, demonstrating the project’s positive impact in reducing school dropout rates.

Sot u zhvillua konferenca përmbyllëse e projektit "Inclusive EduJobs", ku u prezantuan rezultatet dhe ndikimi i arritur përmes skemave kryesore, të fokusuara në nxitjen e arsimit gjithëpërfshirës dhe punësimit të qëndrueshëm. Gjatë diskutimeve, u theksua rëndësia e bashkëpunimit ndërmjet institucioneve, organizatave dhe komuniteteve lokale, për të garantuar përfshirje të qëndrueshme dhe zhvillim social.

ka shërbyer si një model praktik për nxitjen e vetëpunësimit, fuqizimin përmes arsimit dhe forcimin e lidhjeve midis shkollës, familjes dhe institucioneve vendore, në mbështetje të komuniteteve Rome dhe Egjiptiane.

Ky takim shërbeu gjithashtu si një platformë reflektimi ku u diskutua mbi mundësitë për zgjerimin e modeleve të suksesshme në nivel lokal dhe kombëtar, duke synuar që ndikimi i arritur të kthehet në politika dhe veprime afatgjata.

Today, the closing conference of the Inclusive EduJobs project was held, presenting the results and impact achieved through its main schemes, focused on promoting inclusive education and sustainable employment. During the discussions, the importance of collaboration between institutions, organizations, and local communities was emphasized to ensure sustainable inclusion and social development.

has served as a practical model for promoting self-employment, empowerment through education, and strengthening the connections between schools, families, and local institutions in support of Roma and Egyptian communities.

The discussions focused on how successful models developed under the project can be scaled up at local and national levels, turning achieved impact into lasting policies and actions.

Në Shkollën “Androkli Kostallari” në Shkozë u prezantuan investimet e Skemës së Arsimit të Kombinuar, përfshirë laboratorin e informatikës të pajisur me teknologji moderne. Një investim që synon të rrisë cilësinë e arsimit dhe të krijojë më shumë mundësi për fëmijët nga komunitetet Rom dhe Egjiptian.

Një nismë që sjell mundësi të reja për 30 individë nga komunitetet Rome dhe Egjiptiane, përmes një skeme vetëpunësimi që u mundëson tregtarëve në Tregun e Rrobave të Përdorura në Shkozë të shesin rroba të përdorura me cilësi, dhe gjithashtu mentorim dhe mbështetje të vazhdueshme për të ndërtuar një aktivitet të qëndrueshëm ekonomik.

Në kuadër të skemës së Arsimit të Kombinuar, organizata KREO ka zbatuar projektin “R&E ICT Skill Generators” në Bashkinë Shkodër.

🎯 Përmes këtij projekti, u fuqizuan njohuritë digjitale të nxënësve nga komunitetet Rome dhe Egjiptiane në tre shkolla 9-vjeçare: “Liria”, “Ali Laçej” dhe “Salo Halili”.

💡 90 nxënës morën pjesë në trajnime dhe seanca mentorimi mbi aftësitë TIK, të kombinuara me lojëra edukative gjatë sesioneve pas-shkollore.

👩‍💻👨‍👩‍👧 Mbi 200 prindër, nxënës dhe mësues u angazhuan në tryeza diskutimi për të forcuar bashkëpunimin drejt një edukimi më digjital dhe gjithëpërfshirës.

Ky projekt kontribuoi në ndërtimin e një mjedisi arsimor që i pajis nxënësit me aftësi teknologjike, duke zgjeruar mundësitë e tyre për të mësuar, krijuar dhe zhvilluar potencialin e tyre personal. 🌍✨


Within the framework of the Blended Education Scheme, the organization KREO implemented the project “R&E ICT Skill Generators” in the Municipality of Shkodër.

🎯 Through this initiative, digital skills of students from the Roma and Egyptian communities were strengthened in three 9-year schools: “Liria”, “Ali Laçej”, and “Salo Halili.”

💡 90 students participated in ICT training and mentoring sessions combined with educational games during after-school activities.

👩‍💻👨‍👩‍👧 Over 200 parents, students, and teachers took part in discussion sessions to strengthen cooperation toward a more digital and inclusive education.

This project contributed to building an educational environment that equips students with technological skills, expanding their opportunities to learn, create, and reach their full potential. 🌍✨

Në kuadër të projektit , u realizua me sukses iniciativa për promovimin e arsimit gjithëpërfshirës për nxënësit nga komunitetet Rome dhe Egjiptiane në Bashkinë Vlorë, përmes edukimit të kombinuar dhe përfshirjes aktive të prindërve në jetën shkollore.

Falë bashkëpunimit të ngushtë midis mësuesve, prindërve dhe institucioneve arsimore, u zhvilluan e përpunuan materiale informuese dhe broshura që trajtonin mënyrat për të monitoruar përparimin e fëmijëve në shkollë dhe në shtëpi, rëndësinë e komunikimit të vazhdueshëm midis shkollës dhe familjes, si dhe rolin e prindërve në nxitjen e vetëbesimit dhe përmirësimin e rezultateve të fëmijëve në mësim.

Kjo nismë forcoi lidhjen midis shkollës, familjes dhe komunitetit, duke kontribuar në krijimin e një mjedisi më mbështetës, më të sigurt dhe më motivues për çdo fëmijë.

Fotot janë realizuar gjatë trajnimit të mësuesve, i cili u organizua në kuadër të projektit. Trajnimi është i akredituar dhe mësuesit janë pajisur me certifikata.

Under the project, inclusive education for Roma and Egyptian students in Vlora was strengthened through blended learning and active parental participation.
By collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and educational institutions, informative materials and brochures were developed addressing ways to monitor children’s progress at school and at home, the importance of continuous communication between school and family, as well as the role of parents in fostering self-confidence and improving children’s academic performance.

This initiative strengthened the connection between school, family, and community, contributing to the creation of a more supportive, safer, and more motivating environment for every child.

The photos were taken during the teacher training conducted within the framework of the project. The training is accredited, and the teachers have been provided with certificates.

Pas një periudhe të gjatë pa punë, Besnik Rapushi arriti të gjejë një punë të sigurt që i përshtatet aftësive të tij dhe i garanton të ardhura të qëndrueshme për familjen, falë programit të punëve në komunitet të AKPA dhe mbështetjes së Bashkisë Vlorë, në kuadër të zbatimit të projektit Inclusive EduJobs.

Ai përfitoi një mundësi të re punësimi pranë Lungomares në Vlorë. Gjatë periudhës së punësimit, ai punoi në një mjedis të hapur e të shëndetshëm, gëzon marrëdhënie të mira me kolektivin dhe siguroi të ardhura të qëndrueshme për familjen e tij.

Mbi të gjitha, Besniku e shijon punën që bën, ndihet i vlerësuar për kontributin e tij dhe i lumtur që, si ai, edhe pjesëtarë të tjerë të komuniteteve Rome dhe Egjiptiane po integrohen më mirë në shoqëri.

After a long period of unemployment, Besnik Rapushi managed to find a stable job that matches his skills and provides a steady income for his family, thanks to the community employment program of AKPA and the support of the Municipality of Vlora, within the framework of the Inclusive EduJobs project.

He benefited from a new employment opportunity along Lungomare in Vlora. During his employment period, he worked in an open and healthy environment, enjoyed good relationships with his colleagues, and provided stable income for his family.

Above all, Besnik enjoys the work he does, feels appreciated for his contribution, and is happy that, just like him, other members of the Roma and Egyptian communities are better integrating into society.

Punësim, bujqësi dhe ndërmarrje sociale për përfshirjen e komuniteteve Rome dhe Egjiptiane
✅ Më 16 tetor u zhvillua seminari i tretë i Platformës së Angazhimit Konstruktiv, në bashkëpunim me Ministrinë e Shëndetësisë dhe Mbrojtjes Sociale, me fokus tek nxitja e punësimit dhe vetëpunësimit, bujqësia dhe ndërmarrjet sociale, si pjesë e përpjekjeve për integrimin e komuniteteve Rome dhe Egjiptiane në tregun e punës.
Gjatë seminarit u shkëmbyen praktika të mira, u identifikuan sfida dhe u dhanë rekomandime konkrete për forcimin e skemave të qëndrueshme të punësimit dhe vetëpunësimit për këto komunitete.
Ky aktivitet u zhvillua në kuadër të projektit Inclusive EduJobs, i mbështetur nga Bashkimi Evropian 🇪🇺 dhe i zbatuar nga Fondacioni Shoqëria e Hapur për Shqipërinë (OSFA), në partneritet me KMOP dhe Bashkinë e Tiranës.

Employment, Farming and Social Enterprises for the Inclusion of Roma and Egyptian Communities
✅ On 16 October, was held the third seminar of the Constructive Engagement Platform, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, focusing on promoting employment and self-employment, farming, and social enterprises as part of the efforts to integrate Roma and Egyptian communities into the labor market.
During the discussions, good practices, challenges, and recommendations were shared to strengthen sustainable employment and self-employment schemes for these communities.
This activity was organized within the framework of the Inclusive EduJobs project, supported by the European Union 🇪🇺 and implemented by the Open Society Foundation for Albania (OSFA), in partnership with KMOP and the Municipality of Tirana.
