Inxhinieria nuk ka të bëjë vetëm me ofrimin e infrastrukturës - ka të bëjë me krijimin e mundësive, formësimin e mjediseve të qëndrueshme dhe ndihmën për rritjen e komuniteteve.

Në të gjithë punën tonë, gratë luajnë një rol kyç çdo ditë, duke sjellë ekspertizë dhe përkushtim në shumë fusha të ndryshme - nga inxhinieria dhe lidershipi, te prokurimi, koordinimi dhe angazhimi i komunitetit.

Sot, në Ditën Ndërkombëtare të Grave në Inxhinieri, UNOPS feston këto kontribute dhe gratë që ndihmojnë në shndërrimin e ideve në projekte reale që u shërbejnë njerëzve dhe bëjnë një ndryshim në jetën e tyre.

Si pjesë e projektit , të zbatuar nga UNOPS, ekspertët zhvilluan një punëtori të dedikuar për ekipin e “Sistemit të Identifikimit të Parcelave të Tokës” (LPIS) të Agjencisë për Zhvillimin Bujqësor dhe Rural.

Punëtoria u fokusua në rezultatet e projektit pilot të zbatuar në Qarkun e Beratit, si dhe në forcimin e kapaciteteve për digjitalizimin e sistemit dhe zbatimin e rregullave të fotointerpretimit.

Duke kombinuar diskutime teknike me ushtrime praktike, punëtoria u mundësoi pjesëmarrësve të zhvillonin shembuj si të zbatimit të saktë ashtu edhe të pasaktë të rregullave të fotointerpretimit. Këta shembuj do të kontribuojnë në përgatitjen e udhëzimeve të ardhshme dhe do të mbështesin zbatimin e qëndrueshëm të standardeve LPIS.

Përfaqësuesit e Agjencisë për Zhvillimin Bujqësor dhe Rural dhe anëtarët e grupit të brendshëm të punës shqyrtuan aktivitetet e ardhshme dhe ranë dakord për hapat e radhës për të përmirësuar më tej proceset e identifikimit të parcelave të tokës dhe sistemet e menaxhimit të të dhënave bujqësore.

Projekti financohet nga Bashkimi Evropian dhe zbatohet nga UNOPS, në bashkëpunim me Agjencinë Shtetërore të Kadastrës dhe Agjencia për Zhvillim Bujqësor dhe Rural.

As part of the project, implemented by UNOPS, experts delivered a dedicated workshop for the “Land Parcel Identification System” (LPIS) team of the Agency for Agricultural and Rural Development.

The workshop focused on the results of the pilot project implemented in Berat County, as well as on strengthening capacities for system digitalization and the application of photointerpretation rules.

Combining technical discussions with practical exercises, the workshop enabled participants to develop examples of both correct and incorrect applications of photointerpretation rules. These examples will contribute to the preparation of future guidelines and support the consistent implementation of LPIS standards.

Representatives of the Agency for Agricultural and Rural Development and members of the internal working group reviewed upcoming activities and agreed on the next steps to further enhance land parcel identification processes and improve agricultural data management systems.

The project is funded by the European Union and implemented by UNOPS in cooperation with the Albanian State Cadastre Agency and the Agency for Agricultural and Rural Development.
