🔹️ The Fifth Transnational Partner Meeting in the framework of “Sharing Design Your Job” project was held on February 5th – 7th 2024 in Tirana, Albania.

🔸️After the final conference that was held in Riga, Latvia & five successful Training Courses on the topic of Basic Hardware/Software Manipulation, Graphic Design, Web Design, UX Design & Digital Marketing, we discussed & commented the final conference.
An important part of the meeting was dedicated to the project results and reporting.

“IT AND AI SKILLS - THE MOST IN-DEMAND SKILLS FOR FUTURE EMPLOYMENT”, was the topic of the final conference on behalf of “Sharing Design Your Job” project.

The goal of the conference was to address the adequacy of current formal education in providing practical IT skills, to encourage cooperation between educational institutions and companies in solving the problem of unemployment, especially among young people, and to provide new educational approaches and support for retraining in the digital field by creating and testing new ICT educational programs and methodologies suitable for systematic retraining and retraining of unemployed or marginalized young people.

The conferences featured experts and industry leaders, policy makers and young people from Latvia, as well as representatives from various European countries, who discussed the future implications of AI, the expectations of young people in education, and the role of social media in the public sector.

Final Conference the project “Sharing Design Your Job in 📍Riga, Latvia, on January 26, 2024.

“Sharing Design Your Job” is a project supported by the European Union through the ERASMUS+ program. The main goal of the project is to improve the developed ICT educational programs and create complementarity with the needs of the labor market through increasing the capacity of the partners and the target group of the project.

The goal of the conference is to address the adequacy of current formal education in providing practical IT skills, to encourage cooperation between educational institutions and companies in solving the problem of unemployment, especially among young people, and to ensure new educational approaches and support for retraining in the digital field.

The conference will feature experts and industry leaders, policy makers and young people from Latvia and representatives of various European countries, discussing the future implications of artificial intelligence, youth expectations in education and the role of social media in the public sector.

The conference will be attended by 4 participants from .albania ! 🇦🇱🇪🇺

During the implementation of the project “Bike For Life”, 5 youths + 1 young leader participated in the Youth Exchange in Novi Sad, Serbia.
This program is a multi-day event aimed at fostering green skills and ecological awareness through the context of bicycling while utilizing the opportunities provided by the Erasmus+ Programme. 🚴🏽‍♂️🚴🏼‍♀️

Over the course of eight days, participants engaged in a series of workshops, activities, and discussions that emphasize traffic safety, eco-friendly practices, and the benefits of using bicycles as a sustainable mode of transportation.

The schedule encompasses a comprehensive range of topics, from practical bicycle maintenance to deeper ecological reflections, all while embracing the principles of the Erasmus+ Programme for international youth mobility and cooperation.

By combining hands-on experiences with theoretical knowledge, our program seeks to inspire participants to become advocates for ecological practices and green skills, particularly in the realm of bicycling.

The integration of Erasmus+ principles ensures a holistic and transformative learning journey that not only benefits individual participants but also contributes to the creation of a more sustainable and environmentally conscious society.

The learning process of Graphic Design will be based on:
➡️ Introduction to Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
➡️ Basics of Graphic Design;

➡️ Development of creative visual thinking.

OPEN CALL - Digital Marketing Training Course

📢OPEN CALL FOR APPLICATIONS 📢
🔹️ FREE 9 days Training Course for young people aged 18 – 30 years old from Albania in Digital Marketing.

🔸️ During this training course participants will be able to gain skills and knowledge about the following:

Websites, social media, and communications
Tools for building a web presence
Digital marketing plan/an overview and creation of a plan
Landing pages and usability
Search engine basics
SEO optimization
Search engine marketing (SEM); Affiliated marketing
Web Analytics etc.
This TC will be based on a non-formal education methodology so we can transfer knowledge and develop relevant skills among the participants. Notably, participants will have daily input from the trainer and they will be assigned to work in a bigger group, smaller teams or individually depending on the task at hand..

🔹️ As part of the learning process contributing to the realization of learning outcomes, the participants will be given the assignments in between the training and local multiplier workshops which participants need to fulfill in order to complete the course requirements successfully.

🔸️ User Experience (UX) Design is the process of designing and creating digital products that provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users. It is a multi-disciplinary field that includes aspects of psychology, design, technology, and human-computer interaction. UX design is not just about creating an attractive and visually appealing product, but also about ensuring that it is usable, accessible, and meets the needs and expectations of its users. In order to design an effective UX, designers must first have a deep understanding of their target users and their needs. This involves researching user demographics, gathering user feedback, and conducting user testing. User testing is the process of observing and collecting feedback from users as they interact with a product, which provides valuable insights into the user’s experience and the areas that need improvement.
