📅 Për tre ditë me radhë, të rinjtë patën mundësinë të mësojnë nga afër mbi procesin e integrimit europian, rolin e institucioneve, të drejtat e njeriut, lirinë e medias dhe sfidat aktuale të Bashkimit Europian.

🗣️Përmes diskutimeve interaktive, punës në grupe dhe takimeve me ekspertë e përfaqësues të institucioneve, pjesëmarrësit zhvilluan njohuritë dhe aftësitë e tyre për t’u angazhuar aktivisht në proceset demokratike dhe europiane.

🇪🇺 We successfully concluded the European Summer School “Albania and the EU: The Accession Negotiation Process” 🇦🇱

📅 Over the course of three days, young participants had the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Albania’s European integration process, the role of institutions, human rights, media freedom, and the current challenges facing the European Union.

🗣️ Through interactive discussions, group work, and meetings with experts and institutional representatives, participants strengthened their knowledge and developed the skills needed to actively engage in democratic processes and contribute to Albania’s European future.

🤜🏻 Vijon zhvillimi i sesioneve informuese mbi Garancinë Rinore në qytetin e Vlorës.

📍Gjatë këtyre aktiviteteve, ekipi ynë zhvilloi takime informuese me të rinjtë në shkollën e mesme profesionale “Tregtare” dhe në gjimnazin “Mustafa Qemal Ataturk”, ku u prezantuan mundësitë dhe përfitimet që ofron Garancia Rinore për të rinjtë.

🔍Në fokus të sesioneve ishin informimi mbi mundësitë për punësim, arsimim, formim profesional dhe mbështetjen që programi ofron për fuqizimin dhe integrimin e të rinjve në tregun e punës.

🤜🏻The development of informational sessions on the Youth Guarantee in the city of Vlora continues.

📍During these activities, our team held informative meetings with young people at the vocational school “Tregtare” and at “Mustafa Qemal Ataturk” High School, where the opportunities and benefits offered by the Youth Guarantee were presented.

🔍The sessions focused on informing young people about opportunities for employment, education, vocational training, and the support that the program provides for their empowerment and integration into the labor market.

Together with the Vatra Center, we have launched a marathon of info sessions on the Youth Guarantee initiative in the high schools and university of the city of Vlorë.

European standards on the independence and impartiality of judicial system, and high ethical standards were the topics discussed during our first event in collaboration with the National Prosecutors Association.

Two training sessions were organized with legal advisors of the High Prosecutorial Council and Court of Appeal of Normal Jurisdiction, in frame of the Judicial Education Partnership 🇬🇧🇦🇱

We discussed on most relevant European standards on independence and impartiality of judiciary, and high ethical standards, as a perquisite for a the functioning of the rule of law.

These trainings contributed towards building capacities of professionals to better perform in their daily contribution toward the justice system.

⚖️ We have successfully organized a high-level professional programme dedicated to managing complex financial crime trials and the challenges of financial and digital evidence.

The programme brought together judges of the Albanian First Instance Court against Corruption and Organized Crime, alongside representatives of SPAK, for in-depth discussions on key developments and practical challenges in complex fraud and corruption proceedings.

The sessions addressed important topics including:
• Management of long and complex financial crime trials
• The evolution of fraud legislation and “failure to prevent fraud” offences
• Disclosure challenges in major criminal proceedings
• Deferred Prosecution Agreements and international cooperation
• Financial, surveillance, telephone, and digital evidence, including EncroChat material

Special focus was placed on lessons learned from landmark cases and on practical approaches
This training marks the cintinuations of the strong judiciary partnership betweek the UK 🇬🇧 and Albania 🇦🇱
