MEDICAL TOURISM SALES AGENTS – Evening Shift (US Market)
Location: Tirana Office 14.00-22.00
Monday to Friday

Join our elite evening sales team and close high-ticket procedures (hair transplants, dental, aesthetics) with qualified leads from the US market. Work from our Tirana office during US peak hours and represent a luxury global brand.
Your Mission:
Close fast. Build trust. Drive results. Handle 30–45 min Zoom consultations and secure bookings with urgency, authority, and emotional intelligence.

What You’ll Do:
• Close pre-qualified leads using our 10-step NEPQ-based script
• Drive urgency, exclusivity, and confidence in every call
• Collect deposits or full payments
• Hit and exceed your monthly KPIs
Requirements:
• Proven high-ticket closing experience
• Fluent English (US market experience preferred)
• Strong emotional intelligence and sales psychology
• Available to work Tirana evening shift hours
