📚 The local cycle of Peer Education trainings has been successfully completed!

Over the past days, young people from the local community came together to strengthen their communication, facilitation, and leadership skills while exploring the role of peer education in creating positive change among their peers.

💭 Through interactive activities, group work, simulations, and practical exercises, participants learned how to share knowledge effectively, facilitate discussions, support their peers, and encourage active participation within their communities.

🗣️ This training marks an important step in empowering young people to become confident peer educators, capable of inspiring learning, collaboration, and engagement among other young people.

The 3-day National Training on Social and Financial Education was successfully held in Shkodra 📍, bringing together young participants in an interactive learning experience focused on self-awareness, social responsibility, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship 🚀

Through participatory activities, reflection exercises, simulations, and group discussions 🤝, participants explored practical tools and real-life situations that strengthened both their personal and professional development skills 📚

🔹 Day 1 focused on self-awareness, confidence, barriers, rights, and social responsibility, encouraging participants to reflect on their identity, personal strengths, and the impact of their choices within their communities 🧠
🔹 Day 2 explored financial literacy and decision-making, including budgeting, saving, financial planning, digital finance, and responsible financial behavior through practical simulations and real-life dilemmas 💰
🔹 Day 3 focused on entrepreneurship and project development, helping participants identify community challenges, transform ideas into opportunities, and develop concrete initiatives through teamwork and creative problem-solving 💡🛠️

The training created a safe and engaging space for learning, collaboration, and personal growth, empowering young people with practical knowledge, critical thinking, and skills for future decision-making 🌍✨

🎬Organizata “Gruaja tek Gruaja” dhe Instituti për Kontratën Shoqërore (SCI), në bashkëpunim me “Kinema Republika” në Shkodër realizuan shfaqjen e filmit dokumentar: “Me zë të lartë – Të mbijetosh drejtësinë”(Loud Enough – Surviving Justice).

🎥Ky dokumentar i fuqishëm, i realizuar pas lëvizjes globale  , rrëfeu historinë prekëse të një të mbijetuare të dhunës seksuale dhe betejën e saj për drejtësi dhe ndryshim sistemik.

📎Pas shfaqjes, u zhvillua një sesion pyetje-përgjigje me regjisoren fituese të çmimit Emmy, Hillary Klotz Steinman, ku u theksua rëndësia e tregimit autentik të historive dhe fuqizimit të zërave që shpesh mbeten në hije pamundësi për t’u dëgjuar dhe për t’u përfaqësuar denjësisht.

The 3-day National Training on CSO Capacity Building was successfully held in Shkodra 📍, bringing together representatives from civil society organizations to strengthen their internal structures and increase their impact in project planning and implementation 🚀

Through an interactive and hands-on approach 🤝, the training combined practical exercises, group work, and real-life simulations to build essential organizational and management skills 📊

🔹 Day 1 focused on organizational governance, roles, and effective internal communication, encouraging participants to reflect on and assess their own capacities 🧠
🔹 Day 2 explored strategic planning, from defining vision and mission to setting clear objectives and managing financial resources 💡
🔹 Day 3 introduced Project Cycle Management, where participants worked on problem analysis and developed concrete project ideas using practical tools 🛠️

This training marks an important step in empowering CSOs to become stronger, more sustainable, and impactful actors in their communities 🌍✨

📖The second week of the 3-day national training focused on Peer Education, engaged youth to strengthen their capacities in peer-to-peer education and the promotion of active participation. The program was built on an interactive and practical approach, combining the core concepts of peer education with the development of facilitation and group management skills.

📚During the first day, participants were introduced to the fundamental principles of peer education, the role of the educator, and the importance of creating safe and inclusive spaces.

🗣️Subsequently, the focus shifted to the development of practical skills, addressing topics such as effective communication, active listening, group dynamics management, and handling challenging situations during facilitation.

💭The third day was dedicated to planning and implementing peer education sessions, including setting objectives, structuring activities, and using evaluation methods. Through practical simulations, participants had the opportunity to test their skills in leading activities and reflecting on the learning process.

📖 The three-day national training on gender equality and anti-discrimination was successfully completed, bringing together young people committed to deepening their knowledge and developing practical skills to address discrimination in society.

📚 The training program was built on an interactive and inclusive approach, combining theoretical presentations with practical exercises, open discussions, and group work. Over the course of the three days, participants explored in a structured way topics such as stereotypes and prejudices, the impact of social norms and societal pressure, as well as the concepts of s*x and gender.

💭 A special focus was placed on developing critical thinking and personal reflection, encouraging participants to analyze real-life cases and identify effective ways to respond to discriminatory situations in different contexts. Through practical activities and simulations, they had the opportunity to strengthen their communication, collaboration, and advocacy skills.

🗣️ This training represents an important step toward empowering young people as active actors in promoting equality, respect, and social inclusion, contributing to the building of a more just and aware society.
