Workshopi i tretë dhe i fundit në kuadër të projektit “Politikat Lokale të Ushqimit në Shqipëri” u zhvillua në Shëngjergj, duke bërë bashkë fermerë, prodhues lokalë, përfaqësues institucionesh dhe ekspertë të sektorit për të diskutuar mbi zhvillimin e tregjeve të fermerëve dhe forcimin e sistemeve ushqimore lokale.
Gjatë takimit u ndanë eksperienca dhe rekomandime konkrete për krijimin e një tregu të përhershëm fermerësh në Tiranë, si një hapësirë që mbështet prodhuesit vendas, nxit zinxhirët e shkurtër të furnizimit dhe afron konsumatorët me produktet lokale.
Ky workshop përmbylli një seri takimesh të zhvilluara në Pezë, Baldushk dhe Shëngjergj, duke sjellë kontributin e komuniteteve lokale në hartimin e politikave më të qëndrueshme ushqimore për Tiranën. 🌿

The third and final workshop of the project “Local Food Policies in Albania” was held in Shëngjergj, bringing together farmers, local producers, institutional representatives, and sector experts to discuss the development of farmers’ markets and the strengthening of local food systems.
During the meeting, participants shared experiences and practical recommendations for the establishment of a permanent farmers’ market in Tirana, envisioned as a space that supports local producers, promotes short supply chains, and connects consumers directly with locally grown products.
This workshop concluded a series of meetings held in Pezë, Baldushk, and Shëngjergj, incorporating the perspectives and contributions of local communities into the development of more sustainable food policies for Tirana. 🌿
