Last week, the Zero City Lab hosted two inspiring workshops that brought innovation, sustainability, and creativity together under one roof! ↓
1) 🌱 From Waste to Value – Food Safety and Quality in the Circular Approach
Led by Dr. Shpresa Musa, PhD in Bioactive and Functional Food Chemistry, this session explored how local producers can turn agricultural by-products into safe, high-quality, and sustainable products.
It was a hands-on conversation about food hygiene, product traceability, and collaboration, proving that innovation truly matters when it’s safe, sustainable, and well-understood.
2) 💬 Branding, Storytelling & Digital Communication
Guided by Arta Leci, a communications and marketing strategist from Belgium, this workshop inspired participants to define their brand identity, craft authentic messages, and use digital tools effectively.
Through practical examples from global brands like Apple and Tesla, participants learned that powerful storytelling connects people, not just products.
These two sessions reflected the core spirit of Zero City Lab - where circular thinking meets creative communication to build stronger, more sustainable local economies.
