vital commercial corridor that provides entrepreneurial, cultural, recreational, and employment opportunities for all those who live, work, study or have an interest in the area. To revitalize the Old Bazaar, the TID association provides programs in commercial revitalization, business attraction & retention, investment in facade improvement, historic preservation, cultural events production, marketing and local tourism initiatives, technical assistance, public services, and advocacy for the area and its businesses.
