Vlerësimi i zgjedhjeve parlamentare të 11 majit nga OSBE-ja:
Konkurruese dhe të menaxhuara profesionalisht, por me disa sfida kyçe:
1️⃣ Mjedisi zgjedhor: Polarizim i lartë politik dhe intimidime ndaj kandidatëve.
2️⃣ Administrimi i zgjedhjeve: Proces i mirëmenaxhuar nga KQZ, por sfida në numërim dhe politizim.
3️⃣ Përdorimi i burimeve shtetërore: Partia në pushtet përfitoi padrejtësisht nga burimet publike.
4️⃣ Legjislacioni: Nevojë për reforma për të adresuar mangësitë e kuadrit ligjor.
5️⃣ Votimi jashtë vendit: Për herë të parë, u realizua me sukses votimi me postë.
6️⃣ Diskursi politik: Polarizues dhe manipulator, veçanërisht në rrjetet sociale.
7️⃣ Pjesëmarrja e grave: Përmirësime, por barriera të qëndrueshme strukturore.
8️⃣ Shkeljet: Pretendime për sh*t-blerje votash dhe presion ndaj votuesve.
9️⃣ Teknologjia zgjedhore: Identifikimi biometrik dhe votimi elektronik u pilotuan me sukses, por kërkohet më shumë transparencë.
🔟 Media: Përqendrim dhe ndikim politik që kufizoi pluralizmin.
1️⃣1️⃣ Financimi: Transparencë e ulët dhe raportim i dobët mbi fondet e fushatës.

OSCE's Evaluation of the May 11th Elections
📋 Key points:
1️⃣ Electoral environment: Polarized, with reports of intimidation.
2️⃣ CEC Administration: Transparent but challenged by politicization and complex vote counting.
3️⃣ State resources: Unfairly used by the ruling party.
4️⃣ Legislation: Reform needed to address legal gaps.
5️⃣ Voting abroad: Successfully introduced postal voting for the first time.
6️⃣ Discourse: Polarized and manipulative, especially on social media.
7️⃣ Women's participation: Improved, but barriers persist.
8️⃣ Irregularities: Allegations of vote-buying and voter pressure.
9️⃣ Technology: Biometric ID and e-voting piloted, though more transparency is needed.
