Antigua and Barbuda Council on Sustainable Development The Antigua and Barbuda Council on Sustainable Development (ABCOSD), is a not for profit , nonpartisan, local think tank.

The Antigua and Barbuda Council on Sustainable Development is a think tank that was established in 2014 by a group of young local Antiguans and Barbudans, spear headed by Colin John Jenkins. ABCoSD is dedicated to generating policy oriented research, analysis and advice in order to assist in the positive development of Antigua & Barbuda. As the group’s first project, the consensus was to carry out research on one of the most important resources this country possesses – our young people.
