Antigua and Barbuda Employers’ Federation - ABEF

We promote and protect the interest of Employers through effective advocacy, social dialogue, and through value-added services to facilitate an enabling environment for sustainable business. The Federation seeks to:
• Actively engage existing and prospective members on the critical issues facing employers in Antigua & Barbuda.
• Inform on the current activities of the Federation and it’s participa

tion with the various National Boards and Committees.
• Educate and to advise on the interpretation of the prevailing labour laws and practices in Antigua and Barbuda. Our current membership of 152, are subdivided into divided into eight categories:

• Hotels (including Restaurants)
• Manufacturing
• Shipping
• Transportation and Services
• Communications
• Banking and Other Financial Institutions
• Merchants and Agents
• General Business to include Agriculture and Oil Industry

The Federation is funded through Annual Subscriptions paid by members, based on the following:-

Registration Fee (EC$)
• Organizations with 25 or less Employees $150.00
• Organizations with 26-50 Employees $200.00
• Organizations with over 50 Employees $250.00

Annual Subscriptions (EC$)
• Basic Membership $1,200.00
PLUS: EC$40.00 per employee annually

• Basic Membership with less than 6
employees $700.00
PLUS: EC$40.00 per employee annually

• *Maximum Annual Subscription for General $7,500.00 Members

• Associate Membership $700.00
