د څېړني له مخي د غریبو او اړمنو کورنیو تشخیص، خيريه نهادونو او اشخاصو ته د مستحقو غريبانو ورپېژندنه، هیواد کي د کتلوي پېښو قربانیانو ته بېړنۍ صحي او تغذيوي مرستي يې لومړيتوبونه دي.
