ATOA is honored to receive a Certificate of Appreciation from the Urgun District Health Council and community elders in recognition of its healthcare services and successful implementation of health activities in the district.
The Council commended ATOA's efforts and pledged its continued support. Furthermore, Dr. Faheemullah Dilawar, Provincial Project Manager of ATOA, was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for his commitment and valuable contributions to strengthening healthcare services. The staff of Urgun Hospital also expressed their gratitude by presenting him with a certificate of appreciation.
ATOA extends its heartfelt thanks to the Urgun District Health Council, community leaders, and hospital staff for their confidence, support, and recognition.

M***i Abdul Qadoos Hashimi, Director General of Monitoring and Evaluation of the Ministry of Public Health, met with ATOA General Director Mr. Mansoor Ahmad Zarif and Program Director Dr. Muhammad Aamir Shinwari following a monitoring visit to health facilities in Paktika Province. The meeting reviewed key findings, challenges, and patient feedback, with discussions focused on improving healthcare quality, addressing existing gaps, and strengthening service delivery for the community.

Today, 19 July 2026, ATOA Provincial Project Manager Dr. Fahimullah Delawar, along with the technical team and the Director of Paktika Public Health Department, visited Yahyakhail CHC and Jehad Mina SHC. The team reviewed healthcare service delivery, monitored ongoing activities, and discussed ways to further improve the quality of health services for local communities.
