The govt deputy spox Hamdullah Fitrat said in that several countries including , , and have contacted Afghan govt as part of diplomatic efforts to end the war with . He told reporters in Kabul that his govt has explained his govt position to several countries about the conflict. He claimed that the Islamic Emirate had not started the war and it depends on Pakistan whether to stop or continue it. "We are ready for both," Fitrat said.
