Kherad and Tawse-a Cultural Association

Kherad and Tawse-a Cultural Association KTCA is a not-for-profit organization and works to enhance youths educational and vocational capacity.

The head quarter office of KTCA is located in Kabul and has regional office in Nawoor district of Ghazni province. It rises the funds from the membership fees and charities for its activities. The Association is governed by the Board of Directors who are elected each year on a democratic and transparent voting election process. The Board of Directors work voluntarily for one year and get no monetary privileges.
