𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐕𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐥.

On 16 November 2025, HRRAC successfully conducted a cash-based assistance distribution event at the HRRAC Kabul office. A total of 153 vulnerable households received USD 200 (equivalent to AFN 13,200) each to help meet their urgent protection needs.
This support is part of HRRAC’s HLP project and reflects our ongoing efforts to strengthen the resilience and well-being of vulnerable families across Afghanistan.

زیانمنو کورنیو سره نغدي مرسته!

په خوست ولایت کې، د HRRAC مؤسسې په همغږۍ او د افغانستان د بشري مرستو صندوق (AHF) په مالي ملاتړ، د نغدو مرستو وېش ترسره شوه.
په دې لړ کې، د مندوزي او تریزي ولسوالیو ۲۲۰ زیانمنو کورنیو ته، د هرې کورنۍ لپاره ۲۰۰ ډالره نغدي مرسته ورکړل شوه.
ډېری له دغو کورنیو هغه بېرته راستانه شوي کډوال دي چې له پاکستانه راستانه شوي او د استوګنې او سرپناه له جدي ستونزو سره مخ دي.
دا مرسته د دوی د سمدستي اړتیاوو په پوره کولو کې مرسته کوي.

د بشري حقونو د څېړنې او دفاع مؤسسې (HRRAC) له لوري، د افغانستان د بشري مرستو صندوق (AHF) په مالي ملاتړ، په کابل ولایت کې له ۱۳۵ راستنېدونکو او زیانمنو کورنیو سره د ملکی/ مدني اسنادو د طی مراحل په پار مرسته وشوه.
د یادولو وړ ده چې دا مرسته هغو مستحقو کورنیو ته ورکړل شوی، چې د ملکی/ ‌مدني اسنادو د طی مراحل کولو فیسونو د ورکړې توان یی نه درلودلو له امله د ستونزو سره مخ وې. ذکر شوې کورنۍ به وکولای شي، د دې مرستې په وسیله د خپلو مدني اسنادونو د طی مراحل کولو ستونزه حل کړي.

Human Rights and Research Consortium (HRRAC), with support
from the Afghanistan Humanitarian Fund (AHF), provided cash assistance to 135 vulnerable households in Bagrami District, Kabul to obtain civil documents, particularly National ID (NID/Tazkira). Each individual received cash to cover document fees and transportation costs.
This support aims to help households obtain their civil documents, enabling them to more easily access housing, land, property rights, and other essential services.

د اکتوبر د میاشتې پر ۱۲مه نېټه، د بشري حقونو د څېړنې او دفاع مؤسسې (HRRAC) له لوري، د افغانستان د بشري مرستو صندوق (AHF) په مالي ملاتړ، په کابل ولایت د بګرامي ولسوالۍ کې له ۱۳۵ راستنېدونکو او زیانمنو کورنیو سره د ۲۰۰ امریکایي ډالرو په معادل نغدي مرسته وشوه.
یاده مرسته هغو تازه راستنېدونکو کډوالو، بې‌سرپرسته کورنیو او اقتصادي ستونزو لرونکو کورنیو ته ورکړل شوه، چې له وړاندې د یوې دقیقې سروې له لارې ټاکل شوې وې.
د یادولو وړ ده چې دا نغدي مرسته هغو مستحقو کورنیو ته ورکړل شوی، چې د سرپناه له اړوند ستونزو سره مخ وې. کورنۍ به وکولای شي، د دې نغدي مرستې په وسیله خپلې لومړنۍ استوګنیزې اړتیاوې پوره کړي.

𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐕𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐥.

On 12 October 2025, HRRAC, with support from 𝑨𝑯𝑭 Afghanistan, provided cash assistance of USD 200 per household to 135 vulnerable families in Bagrami District, Kabul. The assistance targeted returnees, women-headed households, and families with persons with disabilities, identified through needs-based assessments.
This cash support aims to help families secure shelter and reduce the risk of eviction, especially as many returnees continue to face challenges in paying rent and accessing adequate housing.
