حضور و تلاش‌های مسئولانه حسیب الله اغبر در مجامع بین‌المللی، از جمله در پارلمان اروپا، بازتابی از این باور است که آینده‌ای پایدار، زمانی شکل می‌گیرد که صدای جوانان، صلح، عدالت، کرامت انسانی و همکاری‌های سازنده، فراتر از مرزها شنیده شود.

سرمایه‌گذاری بر اندیشه، ظرفیت و امید جوانان، تنها یک مسئولیت امروز نیست؛ بلکه تعهدی در برابر نسل‌های آینده است. هر گامی که در مسیر آموزش، آگاهی، مشارکت مدنی، همزیستی مسالمت‌آمیز و احترام به اصول حقوق بشر برداشته می‌شود، بنیانی استوار برای فردایی خواهد بود که ثمرات آن، فراتر از زمان و مکان، در زندگی ملت‌ها نمایان خواهد شد.

On behalf of the Peace and Sport Council of Afghanistan, we extend our deepest condolences to Dr. Tanzaire, our Representative in India, and her family on the passing of her beloved father, a distinguished former diplomat RIP Dr R D Vashishtha.

His lifelong dedication to public service, diplomacy, and peace leaves behind a legacy of honor, wisdom, and humanity that will continue to inspire many.

During this difficult time, our thoughts and prayers are with Dr. Tanzaire and her loved ones. May Almighty God grant his soul eternal peace and give strength and comfort to the family.

به مناسبت روز جهانی زن، شورای صلح و ورزش افغانستان با احترام و قدردانی از استقامت و شجاعت زنان افغانستان، این روز را گرامی می‌دارد.

در شرایطی که زنان کشور با محدودیت‌ها و چالش‌های جدی روبه‌رو هستند، ما باور داریم که صلح پایدار، توسعه و عدالت اجتماعی بدون حضور فعال و برابر زنان ممکن نیست.

شورای صلح و ورزش افغانستان بر حق آموزش، کرامت انسانی و مشارکت اجتماعی زنان تأکید نموده و از همه نهادهای ملی و بین‌المللی می‌خواهد برای حمایت از حقوق اساسی زنان افغانستان همصدا شوند.

روز جهانی زن یادآور تعهد مشترک ما برای ساختن آینده‌ای عادلانه‌تر، صلح‌آمیزتر و انسانی‌تر برای افغانستان است.

HONOUR OF ASHOKA AWARD 2026

The prestigious Ashoka Award 2026 was formally presented to Dr. Tanzaire Vashishtha representative of Peace & Sport Council of Afghanistan in India on 11 January 2026 in New Delhi, India. The award was conferred with full protocol honours by Her Excellency Shielabai Bappoo GOSK, Ambassador of Mauritius to India and former Cabinet Minister.

This distinguished recognition highlights the significant social impact and international peace-building initiatives led by the Peace & Sports Council of Afghanistan (PSCA) in India. Under the leadership of Dr. Tanzaire Vashishtha, who serves as representative of PSCA in India, the organisation has advanced meaningful programmes promoting peace, inclusion, and community development through sport and education.

Dr. Vashishtha has demonstrated exceptional leadership, unwavering dedication, and a steadfast commitment to fostering dialogue and cooperation across communities. Over the years, she has become widely recognised for her strategic vision and tireless efforts toward building a more peaceful and inclusive society.

Her work has served as an inspiring example of how sport, education, and grassroots initiatives can contribute to sustainable peace. Through progressive policies and community-based programmes—particularly those supporting refugees and individuals affected by conflict—PSCA India continues to promote positive social change and cross-border understanding.

Peace and Sport Council of Afghanistan Awards the 2025 Peace Prize to Mr. Arnošt Baluška

The Peace and Sport Council of Afghanistan proudly awards the 2025 Peace Prize to Mr. Arnošt Baluška in recognition of his outstanding contributions to peace-oriented social development, public health innovation, and sustained support for community safety and volunteer emergency services.

Mr. Baluška’s professional leadership, humanitarian initiatives, and strong commitment to cooperation and social responsibility reflect the core values and mission of the Peace and Sport Council of Afghanistan. His work in the fields of health technologies, civic engagement, and support for volunteer firefighters demonstrates the positive impact of innovation, responsibility, and service in strengthening resilient and peaceful societies.

The award was formally presented to Mr. Arnošt Baluška during a special ceremonial event, where Eng. Fawad Nadri, Representative of the Peace and Sport Council of Afghanistan, personally handed over the 2025 Peace Prize in recognition of Mr. Baluška’s achievements and dedication to peace-building values.

تفاهم نامه رسمی میان شورای صلح و ورزش افغانستان و مکتب تعلیمات عمومی سامانیان در دوشنبه، تاجیکستان

شورای صلح و ورزش افغانستان اعلام می‌دارد که تفاهم‌نامهٔ همکاری با مکتب سامانیان تحت حمایت سفارت افغانستان یا افغانستان کوچک) به امضا رسیده است.

این تفاهم‌نامه با هدف ارتباط مستقیم مکتب با نهادها و سازمان‌های بین‌المللی، حمایت از معلمان و شاگردان، و ارتقای کیفیت آموزش دختران، به امضا رسیده است. شورای صلح و ورزش صرفاً به عنوان پل ارتباطی عمل می‌کند و مسئول جمع‌آوری یا اجرای کمک‌ها نمی‌باشد.

نمایندگی‌های شورای صلح و ورزش در کشورهای مختلف حضور دارند و در این مسیر، از هیچ تلاش برای ایجاد ارتباط، گرفتن بورسیه، یا اطلاع‌رسانی به نهادهای بین‌المللی حمایت‌کنندهٔ تحصیلات دریغ نخواهد کرد.

شورای صلح و ورزش ضمن قدردانی از تلاش‌های بی‌وقفهٔ مسولین افغانستان کوچک ومعلمان مکتب سامانیان، به ویژه خانم‌ها که با تعهد و فداکاری نسل آینده را تربیت می‌کنند، تأکید می‌کند که ادامهٔ این همکاری، مسیر حمایت بین‌المللی مستقیم از مکتب و تحصیل دختران افغانستان را تسهیل خواهد نمود.

Official Memorandum of Understanding between
Peace and Sports Council of Afghanistan and Samanian School Dushanbe , Tajikistan 🇹🇯

The Afghanistan Peace and Sports Council hereby announces that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for cooperation has been signed with Samanian School, operating under the support of the Embassy of Afghanistan (Small Afghanistan).

This Memorandum of Understanding has been concluded with the aim of establishing direct communication between the school and international institutions and organizations, supporting teachers and students, and enhancing the quality of education for girls. The Afghanistan Peace and Sports Council acts solely as a facilitating bridge and bears no responsibility for the collection or implementation of financial or material assistance.

The Afghanistan Peace and Sports Council maintains representations in various countries and, in this process, will spare no effort in establishing connections, securing scholarships, and raising awareness among international organizations that support education.

The Council expresses its sincere appreciation for the tireless efforts of the leadership of Little Afghanistan and the teachers of Samanian School especially the women who, with dedication and commitment, are educating the future generation and emphasizes that the continuation of this cooperation will facilitate direct international support for the school and for the education of Afghanistan’s girls.

The Afghanistan Peace and Sports Council is honored to announce the nomination of His Excellency Mr. Tomio Okamura, President of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, as a candidate for the 2025 Peace Prize Award.

Mr. Tomio Okamura is widely recognized as a distinguished international figure known for his generosity and humanitarian leadership, particularly in the aftermath of the 2021 transfer of power to the Taliban. He has demonstrated exceptional courage and moral leadership on the global stage, consistently advocating for the rights, freedoms, and dignity of the people of Afghanistan. Through his active participation in justice-seeking demonstrations and international advocacy efforts, he amplified the voices of the Afghanistan’s people and steadfastly defended their fundamental rights worldwide.

On this occasion, the Special Representative of the Afghanistan Peace and Sports Council in the Czech Republic, Eng. Fawad Nadri, formally conferred this nomination on behalf of the Council’s leadership and its entire community.

The Afghanistan Peace and Sports Council extends its sincere congratulations to Mr. Tomio Okamura and his dedicated team on this well-deserved recognition. The Council also expresses its deep appreciation for his unwavering commitment to peace, freedom, justice, and the Afghanistan’s people, and wishes him continued success in his humanitarian and principled endeavors.

شورای صلح و ورزش افغانستان امروز به نمایندگی از خانواده بزرگ این شورا، جایزه صلح سال ۲۰۲۵ را از طریق ریس و نماینده این نهاد در جمهوری چک، انجنیر فواد نادری، به جلالتمآب آقای تومیو اوکامورا، رئیس محترم پارلمان جمهوری چک اعطا نمود.

این جایزه به پاس خدمات برجسته و انسان‌دوستانه ایشان، به ویژه پس از تحویل قدرت به طالبان در سال ۲۰۲۱، در دفاع از حقوق، آزادی‌، کرامت انسانی و حقوق زنان مردم افغانستان اعطا گردید. شورای صلح و ورزش افغانستان ضمن تبریک این دستاورد، قدردانی عمیق خود را از تلاش‌های خستگی‌ناپذیر ایشان در مسیر صلح، عدالت و حمایت از مردم افغانستان اعلام داشته و برای ایشان و همچنین برای مردم جمهوری چک موفقیت و پیشرفت‌های بیشتر آرزو میدارد.

In collaboration with the International Research Center UniFUNVIC, we are committed to supporting foreign and migrant communities in Italy by providing scientific expertise, education, and preventive tools to athletes, including athletes with disabilities.
