با افتخار اعلام میداریم، سبک هنر مینیاتوری بهزاد به عنوان یکی از برجسته‌ترین میراث‌های هنری مکتب هرات با تلاش‌ها و زحمات فرهنگیان عزیز در فهرست میراث جهانی یونسکو را به تمام دوستداران هنر اصیل افغانستان تبریک می‌گوئیم.
این رویداد ارزشمند نه‌تنها سندی از غنای تاریخی و فرهنگی این سرزمین، بلکه یادآور نقش بی‌بدیل هنرمندان و اندیشمندان افغان در شکل‌گیری میراث هنری جهان می‌باشد. امیدواریم این موفقیت انگیزه‌ای برای پاسداری، ترویج و گسترش هنرهای اصیل کشور باشد.
این امر مهم در بیستمین نشست کمیته حفاظت از میراث فرهنگی ناملموس یونسکو که در دهلی‌نو برگزار شد، انجام گرفته است.

We are proud to announce that the Behzad miniature art style, one of the most distinguished artistic heritages of the Herat School, has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List through the dedicated efforts of our esteemed cultural advocates. We congratulate all admirers of Afghanistan’s authentic art on this significant achievement.
This accomplishment is not only a testament to the historical and cultural richness of our land, but also a reminder of the indispensable role Afghan artists and scholars have played in shaping the world's artistic heritage. We hope this success will serve as an inspiration for the preservation, promotion, and expansion of the country’s traditional arts.
It is noteworthy that this inscription was approved during the 20th session of the UNESCO Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage, held in New Delhi.

بین ماه‌های می تا جولای ۲۰۲۵، همکاران ما با موفقیت روند ارزیابی، پاک‌سازی، عکاسی و ثبت آثار سنگی نگهداری‌شده در انبارهای قلعه اختیارالدین (ارگ هرات) را به انجام رساندند. در میان این آثار، عناصر معماری، لوحه‌های مرمرین و سنگ‌قبرهایی با خوشنویسی‌های پیچیده به چشم می‌خورد که اطلاعات ارزشمندی درباره تاریخ هرات و منطقه ارائه می‌دهند. این آثار کم‌نظیر به دوره‌های تیموری، صفوی و مغول تعلق دارند.
در مجموع، ۲۱۹ اثر در فورم‌های مخصوصی ثبت شده‌اند که شامل اطلاعاتی درباره ویژگی‌ها، کارکرد، جنس، ابعاد، وضعیت حفاظتی و (در صورت امکان) محل کشف اثر، به همراه عکس‌های مربوطه است.
نسخه‌هایی از این فورم‌ها همراه با دیتابیس کامل تهیه‌شده به ریاست اطلاعات و فرهنگ ولایت هرات و نیز وزارت اطلاعات و فرهنگ در کابل تحویل داده شده‌است. این اطلاعات، در صورت درخواست، در اختیار سایر نهادهای مرتبط در داخل و خارج از کشور نیز قرار خواهد گرفت.

Between May and July 2025 ACHCO staff undertook a process of assessment, cleaning, photography and registration of artefacts stored in store-rooms in the citadel of Herat, Qala Ikhtyaruddin. Among the items found in these stores are architectural elements, marble panels and gravestones that shed light on the history of Herat and the region. A total of 219 artefacts have been registered on inventory sheets that include information on characteristics/function, material, dimensions, condition and (where possible) provenance, along with photographs. Copies of the resulting inventory have been delivered to ACHCO’s counterparts in the Department of Information and Culture in Herat as well as the Ministry in Kabul and will be made available to other relevant organisations in the country and abroad upon request.

مجموعه مهم بودایی شیوکی که از بافت تاریخی و جغرافیایی خاصی برخوردار می‌باشد.
این نشریه ویژگی های کلیدی معماری استوپه و روند حفاری، حفاظت و مرمت آن را بین سال های ۲۰۲۰ الی ۲۰۲۲ را شرح میدهد.

Setting the important Buddhist complex at Shewaki in its historic and geographic context, this publication describes the key architectural characteristics of the stupa and the process of conservation and excavation between 2020 and 2022.

🎉 Topdara Stupa
📍 Charikar, Afghanistan

The restoration of the Topdara Stupa reversed centuries of weathering and deterioration, reinstating the original scale and form of the ancient Buddhist monument. The documentation, stabilization and conservation of the stupa as well as the reconstruction of the main platform were performed skilfully with reference to historical records and through the employment of local materials and artisans. The project contributed to training a new generation of Afghan craftspeople in stone masonry and has enhanced the livelihoods of rural households through a new means of income generation. Spearheaded by the Afghan Cultural Heritage Consulting Organization with support from the authorities and the community, the conservation efforts of the Topdara Stupa in rural Aghanistan represent a significant step towards the protection of diverse endangered religious heritage in the country and beyond.

افتخاری دیگر برای میراث فرهنگی افغانستان!
اینبار، کار حفظ و مرمت موسسه مشورتی و حفظ میراث های فرهنگی افغان (ACHCO) در استوپه توپ دره در ولایت پروان که بین سال های 2016 الی 2020 انجام پذیرفت، مستحق دریافت جایزه شایستگی از طرف یونسکو (UNESCO) شناخته شد، این جایزه بخشی از جوایز آسیا و اقیانوسیه یونسکو درسال 2022 برای حفاظت از میراث فرهنگی بوده که امروز در بانکوک تایلند برگزار گردید.
هیئت داوران بر سهم این پروژه در حفاظت از میراث به جا مانده از یک دوره مهم از تاریخ افغانستان تاکید کردند.
استوپه توپ دره یکی از سیزده پروژه برنده جایزه است که از شش کشور مختلف در سراسر منطقه انتخاب شده است.

Another honor for Afghanistan cultural heritage.
ACHCO's conservation work at the stupa at Topdara (Parwan province) between 2016 to 2020 has been recognised by an Award of Merit as part of the 2022 UNESCO Asia-Pacific Awards for Cultural Heritage Conservation announced in Bangkok on 26th November. The jury stressed the contribution the project makes to safeguarding the built heritage of an important period of Afghanistan's history. Topdara is one of 13 award-winning projects selected from 6 different countries across the region.

با افتخار اعلام میداریم که مراسم تحویل دهی پروژه استوپه شیوکی در تاریخ چهاردم نوامبر 2022 با حضور معین هنر و فرهنگ وزارت اطلاعات و فرهنگ ، رئیس انستیتوت باستان شناسی افغانستان ، ریاست حفظ آبدات تاریخی و با حضور سایر مقامات و بزرگان محل برگزار گردید.
نظر به مستندات و شواهد این استوپه و چندین استوپه نذری دیگر که در جریان کارحفاری آشکار شدند گمان میرود که قدامت تاریخی این بنا مربوط به قرن سوم و پنجم میلادی باشد.
کار حفظ ومرمت این استوپه و اطراف آن توسط موسسه مشورتی و حفظ میراث های فرهنگی افغان (ACHCO) بین سال های 2020 الی 2022 با کمک مالی اتحادیه بین المللی حفاظت از میراث فرهنگی (ALIPH) انجام پذیرفت.
این پروژه بیش از 37000 فرصت شغلی را برای کارگران ساده و ماهر در طی مدت 34 ماه ایجاد کرد که نشان دهنده کمک قابل توجه ای به معیشت خانواده ها دراین منطقه بوده است.

We are proudly announced that, on 14th November 2022, a handover ceremony was held at Shewaki to mark the completion of a project that entailed documentation and conservation of an important Buddhist monastic complex that is thought to date from between 3rd and 5th centuries. The event was officiated by HE deputy Minister of Information & Culture and directors of the Afghan Institute of Archaeology and Department of Historic Monuments, and attended by other officials and community elders. Implemented by ACHCO between 2020 and 2022, in close collaboration with specialists from the Ministry, the fabric of a stupa and several other structures that were revealed in the course of excavation, was conserved with the financial support from ALIPH Foundation. The project generated more than 37,000 work/days employment for skilled craftsmen and workers over a period of 34 months, representing a significant contribution to the livelihoods of rural households in the area.
